i want to make torterra shine, i heard of a move called Rototillter and it power ups grass moves

Staraptor should use Life Orb, Choice Band or Choice Scarf as its item to increase its power or speed, respectively.

I wouldn't use Torterra if I were you. There are better Grass Pokemon to use out there, like Trevenant, Gourgeist, Ferrothorn and Mega Venusaur. Rototiller is situational; it may benefit your opponent's Grass Pokemon. Life Orb and low Speed are bad combinations because Torterra will find itself KOed more easily:

    Trevenant:
    -Horn Leech/Wood Hammer
    -Earthquake/Rock Slide
    -Will-o-Wisp
    -Rest
    Nature: Impish
    EVs: 252 HP/180 Def/76 Spe
    Item: Leftovers/Lum Berry
    Ability: Natural Cure/Harvest

    or
    -Horn Leech
    -Shadow Claw/Leech Seed
    -Will-o-Wisp
    -Protect
    Nature: Careful
    EVs: 244 HP/16 Def/248 SDef
    Item: Sitrus Berry
    Ability: Harvest

    or
    -Substitute
    -Leech Seed
    -Will-o-Wisp
    -Phantom Force
    Nature: Impish
    EVs: 252 HP/180 Def/76 Spe
    Item: Sitrus Berry
    Ability: Harvest

    Gourgeist:
    -Will-o-Wisp
    -Leech Seed
    -Seed Bomb
    -Shadow Sneak/Protect
    Nature: Impish
    EVs: 252 HP/4 Atk/252 Def
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Frisk

    Ferrothorn:
    -Stealth Rock/Spikes
    -Leech Seed
    -Gyro Ball/Thunder Wave
    -Power Whip/Protect
    Nature: Relaxed
    EVs: 252 HP/208 Def/48 SDef
    Item: Leftovers/Shed Shell
    Ability: Iron Barbs

    Mega Venusaur:
    -Giga Drain
    -Sludge Bomb
    -Earthquake/Leech Seed
    -Synthesis
    Nature: Relaxed/Bold
    EVs: 252 HP/88 Def/168 SDef or 252 HP/252 Def/4 SDef
    Item: Venusaurite

    or
    -Giga Drain/Leech Seed
    -Sludge Bomb
    -Hidden Power (Fire)
    -Synthesis
    Nature: Modest
    EVs: 252 HP/4 Def/252 SAtk
    Item: Venusaurite

I don't know how effective Porygon-Z is right now, tbh.

Fell Stinger is incredibly situational and requires the opponent to be KOed by it for Escavalier to get the +2 Attack. Unfortunately, it's rather weak. If I were you, I'd make Escavalier an Assault Vester because of its good Special bulk with the item:
    -Megahorn
    -Iron Head
    -Drill Run
    -Pursuit/Knock Off
    Nature: Adamant/Brave
    EVs: 248 HP/252 Atk/8 SDef
    Item: Assault Vest

The lack of STAB hurts on Goodra, you know:
    -Draco Meteor
    -Fire Blast
    -Sludge Bomb/Thunderbolt
    -Focus Blast/Dragon Tail
    Nature: Modest/Quiet/Sassy
    EVs: 248 HP/252 SAtk/8 SDef
    Item: Choice Specs/Assault Vest
    Ability: Gooey/Sap Sipper

    or
    -Dragon Pulse
    -Flamethrower
    -Thunderbolt
    -Toxic/Dragon Tail
    Nature: Calm/Sassy
    EVs: 248 HP/8 Def/252 SDef
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Gooey/Sap Sipper

Typhlosion is seriously mediocre in the standard environment. Why are you not taking advantage of Choice Scarf + Eruption? That's one of its biggest draws. Outside of this, Typhlosion is mediocre. Heatran, Charizard (either Mega Evolution) or Talonflame are better alternatives:

    Heatran:
    -Stealth Rock
    -Lava Plume
    -Toxic
    -Earth Power/Roar
    Nature: Calm
    EVs: 248 HP/252 SDef/8 Spe
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Flash Fire

    or
    -Fire Blast
    -Flash Cannon/Hidden Power (Ice)
    -Earth Power
    -Stealth Rock/Taunt/Toxic/Flame Charge
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 252 SAtk/4 SDef/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb/Air Balloon

    or
    -Overheat/Fire Blast
    -Earth Power
    -Hidden Power (Ice/Grass)/Flash Cannon/Dragon Pulse
    -Flamethrower/Hidden Power (Grass)
    Nature: Modest/Timid
    EVs: 252 SAtk/4 SDef/252 Spe
    Item: Choice Specs/Choice Scarf

    Charizard X:
    -Dragon Dance
    -Flare Blitz
    -Dragon Claw/Outrage
    -Earthquake/Roost
    Nature: Jolly/Adamant
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
    Item: Charizardite X
    Ability: Blaze

    or
    -Fire Punch
    -Dragon Claw
    -Will-o-Wisp
    -Roost
    Nature: Jolly
    EVs: 248 HP/84 SDef/176 Spe
    Item: Charizardite X
    Ability: Blaze

    Charizardite Y:
    -Fire Blast
    -Solar Beam
    -Focus Blast/Dragon Pulse
    -Roost/Earthquake
    Nature: Timid/Modest/Mild/Hasty
    EVs: 4 Def/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Charizardite Y

    Talonflame:
    -Swords Dance
    -Flare Blitz
    -Brave Bird
    -Roost
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb/Sharp Beak/Sky Plate
    Ability: Gale Wings

    or
    -Flare Blitz
    -Brave Bird
    -U-turn
    -Will-o-Wisp/Tailwind
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
    Item: Choice Band
    Ability: Gale Wings

Note that you have some Pokemon weak to Stealth Rock; a Rapid Spinner may be necessary:

    Tentacruel:
    -Scald
    -Sludge Bomb
    -Rapid Spin
    -Knock Off/Toxic
    Nature: Bold
    EVs: 252 HP/224 Def/32 Spe
    Item: Black Sludge
    Ability: Liquid Ooze

    Excadrill:
    -Earthquake
    -Rock Slide/Iron Head
    -Rapid Spin
    -Swords Dance/Stealth Rock
    Nature: Jolly
    EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb/Air Balloon/Chople Berry
    Ability: Mold Breaker

    Starmie:
    -Hydro Pump/Surf
    -Thunderbolt/Psyshock
    -Ice Beam
    -Rapid Spin
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 252 SAtk/4 SDef/252 Spe
    Item: Leftovers/Life Orb
    Ability: Natural Cure

    or
    -Scald
    -Rapid Spin
    -Psyshock/Ice Beam/Thunderbolt
    -Recover
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 248 HP/32 Def/4 SAtk/224 Spe
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Natural Cure

    Blastoise:
    -Water Pulse/Scald/Hydro Pump
    -Dark Pulse
    -Aura Sphere/Ice Beam
    -Rapid Spin
    Nature: Modest
    EVs: 252 HP/252 SAtk/4 SDef
    Item: Blastoisinite

    Crobat:
    -Brave Bird
    -Roost
    -Defog
    -Taunt/Toxic
    Nature: Jolly
    EVs: 168 HP/136 Atk/4 SDef/200 Spe
    Item: Black Sludge
    Ability: Infiltrator

    Mandibuzz:
    -Foul Play
    -Roost
    -Taunt/Whirlwind
    -Defog/Toxic/Knock Off
    Nature: Bold/Impish
    EVs: 248 HP/216 Def/44 SDef
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Overcoat

You'll have to figure out who to replace to accommodate for Rapid Spin/Defog support.

Im not a fan of porygon Z; however, Porygon 2 is prefectly viable and is one of the best Eviolite users out there. It has a very wide movepool, incredible bulk and access to recovery.

    Porygon2
    Bold
    Eviolite
    Trace
    252 HP/252 Def/4 Sp.Def OR 252 HP/176 Def/80 Sp.Def

    Ice Beam
    toxic/Thunder wave
    Recover
    Thunderbolt

the first EV spread is for a purely physical tank while the second spread is for a more rounded tank. Personally I like Toxic as it allows Porygon2 to outlast opponents and build up residual damage. T-wave is to help cripple fast pokemon such as Genesect and Lucario
