    Almost redone the team..

    *image removed*
    Metagross @ Lum Berry
    252 HP / 220 Atk / 36 Spe
    Ability: Clear Body
    Jolly nature
    -Bullet Punch
    -Thunderpunch
    -Earthquake
    -Agility

The idea here is to run a "standard" Gross lead set, suicidal mostly. Agility however, fixes Mence's speed problems. With this EV spread and a +Spe nature, Gross reaches a little higher than 400 speed, which is able to outspeed a significant portion of the OU metagame. It works best against lead Skarmory, as it isn't usually carrying sash, denting it in the process, while it can only hope of either setting up Spikes or whirlwinding me away, to another Pokemon. I've almost revamped the whole team so any Pokemon is fine. The only thing I don't like about this lead is running 2 false-ubers, which seems like an overkill. Oh, and BPunch for priority, TPunch for Skarmory or common walls because I'll be going to get walled by this, EQ for coverage and Agility for magic.

    Infernape @ Expert Belt
    252 Atk 252 Spe 4 Def
    Ability: Blaze
    Jolly nature
    -Flare Blitz
    -Close Combat
    -Stone Edge
    -Sword Dance

SD Ape. Works wonders, but it isn't getting any screen support. I don't fall for ANY Ape lures, if there is. Ape's main job is to come a bit later, mid-late game. It perhaps can function as a revenge killer of some sort, but I wouldn't count on it. FB and CC for STAB, SE for coverage, although accuracy is lackluster. SD to bring this guy some more power.

    Azelf @ Light Clay
    252 HP 252 Spe 4 Def
    Ability: Levitate
    Timid nature
    -Reflect
    -Light Screen
    -Stealth Rock
    -Taunt?

<Not sure about 4th slot, might go for Explosion>
DS Azelf sets offensive teams perfectly, after getting both screens up, I switch to a sweeper, once said sweeper is finished, back again to Azelf (or if I mispredicted and died, another sweeper). Pretty much self-explanation(lolz?).

    Gyarados @ Life Orb
    252 Atk / 252 Spe / 4 Def
    Ability: Intimidate
    Jolly nature
    -Waterfall
    -Ice Fang
    -Earthquake
    -Dragon Dance

What offensive teams calls itself offensive without Gyarados? With Gyara, going onto a physical sweeper is a switch. Screens are up, Intimidate kicks in, man, it can become a wall! DD on the switch, and then proceed to rape. Gyara dies? I have more sweepers to rape some moar.
WF for STAB, Ice Fang for coverage as well as EQ. DD is obvious.

    Latias @ Life Orb
    252 Sp.att 252 Spe 4 Def
    Levitate ability
    Timid nature
    -Calm Mind
    -Dragon Pulse
    -Surf
    -Recover

Offensive Latias is offensive. CM on something and then CM again or use Surf / DP. Recover to heal LO damage.

    *image removed*
    Salamence @ Life Orb
    16 Atk / 240 SpA / 252 Spe
    Intimidate ability
    Jolly nature
    -Dragon Dance
    -Outrage
    -Earthquake
    -Fire Blast

DD Mence is AWESOME. It's one of the deadliest sweepers, under screen support, Mence comes in, not giving a **** about SR, DDanciing, and then setting off to sweep. DD obviously, Outrage for STAB, EQ and FB for coverage.
    I know I made a mistake on Mence's nature..

    Bad TrickScarf Azelf is bad.

Use the standard Focus Sash Lead:

    Azelf @ Focus Sash
    Naive Nature
    4 Atk / 252 Spe / 252 SpA
    -Explosion
    -Taunt
    -Stealth Rock
    -Fire Blast

I assume you know which order to use them in.

Go Sucker Punch >> Night Slash on Duggy, although honestly there are better revenge killers but its up to you.

Sub LO is bad bad bad bad bad bad bad bad bad bad a.k.a. don't use it give Gengar Leftovers so it doesn't take 35% from subbing + attacking, 41% if there is a sandstorm and 52% if there are rocks in play. :|

    Everything else looks p good.

Nah, Sub LO PS gar is an exception to that, since it can heal. That and it wastes Blissey/Scarf Tar which lets Latias sweep late game.

Dugtrio really doesn't work well in OU because it really hates priority and scarf users are a lot more common now, especially with Scizor. I would really recommend dropping it for a better revenge killer for your team.

You do have a Mamoswine weakness as you mentioned, but also with Duggy gone you can't take T-Waves. Maybe both can be solved by the use of Life Orb HP Grass Jolteon, who also lures in Ground attacks that Latias can take advantage of to set up with, and also takes care of Swampert, one of Mence's biggest checks.

Also use Outrage>> D-Claw for mence so you can tear through stuff late game better.

SubGar has been serving me well, and it never went down without taking 1 Pokemon with it. It usually kills one and another or severly damages one. I like NS on Dugtrio
I will reconsider Outrage on Salamence, but being locked into a move is a no-no.
Will a Roserade lead help me? It was my lead before Azelf came in. Roserade can also take out Swampert.
Honestly Dugtrio has been serving me well. It takes care of treats like Blissey, non-Scarfed Latias, Annoying things like Tyranitar (2 of the TTars I faced with this team was carrying Crunch rather than Sucker Punch.) I won't be sending it out on Priority users. It just gets so wonderful opportunities for revenge killing that it's awesome.
In a sentence - Considering reuse of lead Roserade, keeping dugtrio, considering Outrage over D-Claw.

Ummm why would he be sending it in on ANYTHING with priority ? That and Duggy works well in OU when you know how to use it.

Duggy fits in well on this team because it removes the 2 biggest problems for this team's goal which is a Latias sweep. Aka ScarfTar and Blissey.

I am going back to my Roserade lead.
I'll be keeping Dragon Claw. Outrage is perhaps better but I still prefer DClaw.
Oh and Dugtrio works wonders. It never goes down without taking at least one Pokemon.
Also, I am considering Reversal on Dugtrio, as when it is low on health it gains a good boost, and with Life Orb it will do tremendous damage and then die. I remember sometime asking for a Fighting attack on Dugtrio and it looks like I got it.

Well i mean Reversal sucks. It has overlapping coverage with EQ and doesn't really beat what EQ doesn't lol

Revamped almost the entire team other than Latias and Mence, keeping their positions.
How is my new HO team? I kinda think about giving Mence SR but as it's already Taunt bait.. Eh.

And it looks like my team needs Spin support.
