  • Mawile is too slow to run max Speed; it only needs enough to outrun Aegislash, Scizor and Azumarill. While it's tempting to run Stone Edge for Charizard Y and Talonflame, it's not worth it and Mawile loses to them anyways, though it can hit the former with Sucker Punch:
    -Play Rough
    -Sucker Punch
    -Iron Head/Knock Off
    -Swords Dance/Substitute
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 132 HP/252 Atk/124 Spe
    Item: Mawilite
    Ability: Intimidate

    or
    -Substitute
    -Focus Punch
    -Play Rough/Iron Head
    -Sucker Punch
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 172 HP/252 Atk/84 Spe
    Item: Mawilite
    Ability: Intimidate

    or
    -Play Rough
    -Foul Play
    -Rest
    -Sleep Talk
    Nature: Impish
    EVs: 248 HP/252 Def/8 SDef
    Item: Mawilite
    Ability: Intimidate

Scolipede's EV spread is inefficient. Maxing out HP takes priority over a defensive stat as a general rule of thumb. Use the EV spread of 240 HP/92 Def/176 Spe. This lets Scolipede outspeed +Speed Garchomp pre-Speed Boost. Also, Mental Herb > Leftovers, since your current Scolipede set is screwed over by Taunt.

Breloom is better off using a Technician set; Toxic Orb sets are outclassed by Gliscor (and a lesser extent, Zangoose):
    -Bullet Seed
    -Mach Punch
    -Rock Tomb
    -Spore
    Nature: Adamant/Jolly
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb/Focus Sash
    Ability: Technician

Ice Beam is redundant with Latias' Dragon STAB. Honestly, the only thing that Latias has over Latios is Healing Wish, which lets it fully restore a weakened teammate at the cost of KOing Latias. Hazard:
    -Draco Meteor
    -Psyshock
    -Defog
    -Healing Wish
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 252 SAtk/4 SDef/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb

Cloyster is terrible now. With the priority flying around in OU, it's hard for it to set up Shell Smash and sweep. Just use Wash Rotom over it to help against opposing Talonflame:
    -Volt Switch
    -Hydro Pump
    -Will-o-Wisp
    -Rest/Pain Split
    Nature: Bold/Calm
    EVs: 248 HP/216 Def/44 Spe (Bold) or 248 HP/216 SDef/44 Spe (Calm)
    Item: Chesto Berry/Leftovers

    or
    -Volt Switch
    -Hydro Pump
    -Hidden Power (Ice)/Will-o-Wisp
    -Trick/Thunderbolt
    Nature: Modest/Timid
    EVs: 4 Def/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Choice Scarf
