  • Pixilate is useless without a Normal move, as it doesn't affect moves that are already Fairy. If you're not using a Normal move on Gardevoir, there's no reason to use its Mega Evolution. In that case, Mega Gardevoir's Normal STAB should be Hyper Voice:
    -Psyshock
    -Hyper Voice
    -Focus Blast
    -Shadow Ball/Taunt/Will-o-Wisp/Calm Mind
    Nature: Timid/Modest
    EVs: 24 Def/232 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Gardevoirite
    Ability: Trace

Talonflame has no reason to use a Jolly nature, since Gale Wings gives priority to Brave Bird. Also, it's not that strong:
    -Swords Dance
    -Flare Blitz
    -Brave Bird
    -Roost
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb/Sharp Beak/Sky Plate
    Ability: Gale Wings

    or
    -Flare Blitz
    -Brave Bird
    -U-turn
    -Tailwind/Roost
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
    Item: Choice Band/Sharp Beak/Sky Plate
    Ability: Gale Wings

    or
    -Bulk Up
    -Brave Bird
    -Roost
    -Taunt/Will-o-Wisp
    Nature: Careful
    EVs: 248 HP/8 Def/252 SDef
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Gale Wings

While it seems tempting to give Garchomp Choice Band to amp up its power, it's better to give it Choice Scarf to make it a better revenge killer, or have it set up Swords Dance:

    -Swords Dance
    -Outrage/Dragon Claw
    -Earthquake
    -Stone Edge/Fire Fang
    Nature: Jolly
    EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb/Lum Berry

    or
    -Outrage
    -Earthquake
    -Rock Slide/Stone Edge
    -Dragon Claw/Fire Blast
    Nature: Jolly/Naive
    EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe
    Item: Choice Scarf

    or
    -Stealth Rock
    -Outrage/Dragon Claw
    -Earthquake
    -Fire Blast/Swords Dance
    Nature: Naive/Jolly
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Focus Sash/Rocky Helmet/Lum Berry

    or
    -Stealth Rock
    -Dragon Tail
    -Earthquake
    -Toxic/Fire Blast
    Nature: Impish
    EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/4 SDef
    Item: Rocky Helmet
    Ability: Rough Skin

Choice Band and Speed Boost is a terrible combination. Switching makes Scolipede waste away the Speed boosts it gained, and Choiced Pokemon tend to switch in and out a lot. Speed Boost Scolipede is meant to be a late-game cleaner that appreciates the freedom of switching moves:
    -Megahorn
    -Poison Jab/Rock Slide
    -Earthquake
    -Protect
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 68 HP/252 Atk/188 Spe
    Item: Life Orb
    Ability: Speed Boost

Honestly, Mandibuzz is too bulky for Focus Sash. It could use SubRoost, but it has better things to be doing:
    -Foul Play
    -Roost
    -Taunt/Whirlwind
    -Knock Off/Toxic/Defog
    Nature: Impish/Bold
    EVs: 248 HP/136 Def/108 SDef/16 Spe
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Overcoat

Life Orb eats away at Conkeldurr's general bulk without Sheer Force. Assault Vest is the better item to fix its subpar special bulk; Guts is also the preferred ability so that Conkeldurr isn't bait for burns. Conkeldurr also needs priority in Mach Punch to bypass its low Speed:
    -Drain Punch
    -Mach Punch
    -Knock Off
    -Stone Edge/Ice Punch
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 252 Atk/236 SDef/20 Spe
    Item: Assault Vest
    Ability: Guts
