Thanks for taking the time to rate my team!

Firstly, welcome to the battle center section of the forums! Secondly, here's my review (Which is sadly, quite a long one at that).

None of your Pokemon resist water, which is a very common offensive type in OU because of Pokemon that can summon permanent rain. None of them resist Ghost either, so fast Pokemon with these typings such as a Choice-Scarf Gengar and Starmie for example might be able to sweep your whole team. You'll need resistances to these two typings. Ferrothorn and Hydreigon are good choices if you want one Pokemon that resist both moves, although Crawdaunt, Shiftry and Empoleon are also viable alternatives. Ferrothorn is the preferable choice as it can set up Spikes and Thunder Wave which can really help most of your offensive Pokemon.

Here's what I think for Ferrothorn:
    ~ Spikes
    ~ Leech Seed
    ~ Power Whip/Protect
    ~ Thunder Wave
    Item: Leftovers
    Nature: Relaxed
    EVs: 252 HP / 48 Def / 208 SpD

Avalanche is not used on Mamoswine because not only it has negative priority but it also requires prediction of whether the opponent will attack you or not, and this fast-paced metagame it's not worth taking that risk. Ice Shard is the better alternative, despit the fact that it's weaker it is a priority move that quickly finishes off opponents on low health.

Gengar can't learn Giga Drain, and Hypnosis is rarely chosen because it has poor accuracy. Substitute and Disable are better moves for Gengar to replace these moves. Also replace Fighting Gem with a Black Sludge, as you already have a Fighting-type Pokemon with these moves.

Calm Mind might seem like a good move on Cresselia because of its high defenses, but Jirachi and Reuniclus are better Pokemon for this move as they have better Special Attack. Cresselia is better as a physical wall rather than a mixed wall, so Reflect is the more popular choice to help contain attacks from physical Pokemon. Invest less Spec. Def EVs with more HP EVs as well.

As for Thundurus, swap HP Fire with HP Ice otherwise the set will be walled by Latias. Thundurus really needs all the speed it can get so maximize Speed EVs and use a Timid nature.

Metagross shouldn't be using HP Water because there are no important Pokemon in the tier that are doubly weak to Water. Just go for a physical set and replace it with Bullet Punch. A Choice Band is a useful item to select (even if you don't like the idea of being locked into one move) because it can utilize its massive attack stat to easily break dedicated walls such as Blissey and Ferrothorn.

Infernape is not bulky enough to use Swords Dance, and because its an offensive Pokemon it needs the raw power of its STABs, so replace Fire Punch with Flare Blitz and Swords Dance with U-turn. U-turn isn't necessarily a move to specifically hit Psychic-types but it is rather a helpful tool to escape from attackers who can hit it super-effectively.

So that's my two cents. If you take my advice you can win more matches. Good Luck!

    Adding on to Boilurn's post.

Mamoswine also has another Ice alternative in Icicle Spear which helps against Substitute users, Multiscale Dragonite and Yache Berry Garchomp.

Gengar can also make use of Sub/Protect + 3 attacks:
    -Substitute/Protect
    -Shadow Ball
    -Focus Blast
    -Hidden Power (Fire)
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Black Sludge/Life Orb

Cresselia is too weak to accomplish much offensively. It's a better fit on Sun teams where its Moonlight gets more percentage of recovery. To add, Jirachi/Reuniclus Calm Mind sets:

    Jirachi:
    -Calm Mind
    -Substitute
    -Thunder/Thunderbolt
    -Psyshock/Flash Cannon
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 252 HP/108 Def/148 Spe
    Item: Leftovers

    Reuniclus:
    -Calm Mind
    -Psychic/Psyshock
    -Focus Blast
    -Recover
    Nature: Bold
    EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/4 SDef
    Item: Leftovers/Life Orb
    Ability: Magic Guard

Infernape can go mixed if the situation calls for it:
    -Fire Blast/Overheat
    -Close Combat
    -ThunderPunch
    -U-turn/Mach Punch/Hidden Power (Ice)
    Nature: Hasty/Naive
    EVs: 180 HP/76 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb/Expert Belt
