Vivillon is essentially a worse Volcarona, IMO. It also has too much to do, and it's very frail. Compound Eyes Hurricane is one of its best niches and you're not really using it. I'd say that Galvantula is the better Compound Eyes abuser because it has more power and Speed behind it right off the bat:
    -Sticky Web
    -Thunder
    -Bug Buzz
    -Volt Switch/Giga Drain/Energy Ball/Hidden Power (Ice/Fire)
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb/Focus Sash
    Ability: Compound Eyes

You have a bunch of Rock-weak Pokemon on you and that's not good. Even Avalugg is weak to Stealth Rock itself, so I'd find another Rapid Spinner/Defogger because of the last sentence I said. Donphan or Starmie are better Rapid Spinners in this case:

    Donphan:
    -Earthquake
    -Rapid Spin
    -Stealth Rock
    -Ice Shard
    Nature: Impish
    EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/4 Spe
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Sturdy

    Starmie:
    -Hydro Pump/Surf
    -Thunderbolt/Psyshock
    -Ice Beam
    -Rapid Spin
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 252 SAtk/4 SDef/252 Spe
    Item: Leftovers/Life Orb
    Ability: Natural Cure

    or
    -Scald
    -Rapid Spin
    -Psyshock/Ice Beam/Thunderbolt
    -Recover
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 248 HP/32 Def/4 SAtk/224 Spe
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Natural Cure

Extrasensory sees niche use on Greninja, so consider using U-turn (to scout for an attack; change the nature to Hasty/Naive if you do so) or Dark Pulse (to get past Jellicent). Considering Greninja's frailty, you can use Focus Sash instead to ensure you get a layer or two up.

A Jolly nature is better for Garchomp because while 102 Speed is good, it's not the best. It must outspeed as much things as possible.

Mono-Fire is terrible on Chandelure because it's walled by opposing Flash Fire users. Drop Will-o-Wisp for Shadow Ball, as it really needs the extra coverage.
