Over-used moves in Pokemon

THE overrated pokemon thread gave me the idea of this.

What are moves that are over-used in the anime?

Hyper Beam- like half of all the fully evo pkm uses that in the show.

Iron tail/quick attack- mostly because of Pikachu ,but a ton of other pokemon used them.

Gust/whirlwind- like every pokemon with wongs in the show uses this attack.

LOts of other but I would have to look back.

Thunderbolt, Bullet Seed (Sceptile/Carnivine), Bite (Turtwig, Seviper), Ice Beam (Buneary, Glalie, Mamoswine), and Hyper Beam come to mind.

Those are common examples. There have been other examples, mostly from characters who use the move once in an episode, then never again.

Hyper Beam is to Pokemon to what the Kamehameha wave is to DBZ. It is way overused.

I think it would have to all the attacks Uberchu Pikachu uses. Seriously, every freaking episode you see the same thing against Team Rocket. Can it PLEASE be to EVERY OTHER episode at least?! Even that would be a break.

Focus Punch and Hyper Beam used to be and Arial Ace too.

As Godot said, almost every single move that Pikachu uses is over-used.
Thunderbolt, Iron Tail and Volt Tackle mostly.

Ice Beam seems pretty frequent, too.
And that spinning move (which I have no idea whether it is a real move or not) is used in every Sinnoh Gym battle Ash is in.

Pretty much that but the blasting off again part has vanished! T.T

-Protect
-Focus Punch
-Iron Tail
-Arial Ace
-Gust
-Flamethrower
-Water Gun

I have to go with "Iron tail and quick attack". Pikachu uses it all the time and when ash is in the lower part of the gym area like jublife city or etc. he always uses those 2 moves.

They used vine whip and razor leaf quite often to when ash and may had bulbasaur.
