Overworld Sprite Help!

Hi everyone,

I'm in desperate need of some help. Ever since I finished Pokemon Sun and (

Spoiler:

SPOILER: Lillie left Alola

), I've been desperate to see her return. So I've decided to include her in my fan game that I'm currently trying to develop.

But upon successfully finding an overworld sprite to use in the game, I've encountered a certain issue. It's a bit hard for me to explain but if someone could look at the attached picture and explain what the problem is and what I need to do to fix it, that would be greatly appreciated.

Look at other charactersheets and you'll see the problem
RMXP uses 4x4 sheets, you have a 4x3

Yeah, I replaced a NPC (the 50th NPC, a female swimmer) with Lillie in the hopes that the box would then be the correct size but it was still too large. What do I do to fix it? Can I use an app like Photoshop or GIMP to fix it?

It's not the size that's the problem, it's the charcter sheet. A character sheet should have 4 columns and 4 rows, spaced evenly. You have 3 columns and 4 rows

Yep, I'm considering using an app like photoshop to copy the first column and paste it in so it will now be 4x4. With all the other characters, the 3rd column is the same as the first. So I'll edit Lillies and make it like all the others. Hopefully, it works.
