I almost laughed when Mr. Weirdo asked me if I had any special abilities or whatnot. Unfortunately for him, I wasn't from this peculiar city. I wasn't like those too pure little girls, or scythe-wielding Dash, or Princess Loudmouth. I was leaning towards the idea where I didn't get harmed—y'know, the smartest thing to do: just go and ignore everything that happened. But then… I was curious. I was curious to see what he intended to do with Dash and who this person I heard him mention was. What was it, Mr. Dama-something? And it just so happens that my curiosity outweighed my logical senses.

Glancing at Dash, I shrugged as an answer to Mr. Weirdo's question. I thought about it logically; of course, I'd rather I didn't end up like Dash, so the best thing would be to willingly go with him. However, if Mr. Weirdo finds out that I actually don't have any sorts of "special abilities", I don't know what he'd do to me. But, if ever I do manage to escape from that one, maybe I could rescue Dash (he's finally unconscious right now) or something later.

Um, no, I'm not worried about him. Absolutely not.

See, Dash is the only connection I had with those little girls, and I can't afford to lose that. For some reason, there's something about them that bothers me. Perhaps, how they defeated Dash, or about their auras. Whatever it is, I just needed to find about more about them.

I scowled faintly as I forcibly pushed away my thoughts, and trudged after Mr. Weirdo.

"That's just IT!" I said, still stalking, refusing to look back at her. "I am NOT going to wear a skirt!" I yelled at the hallway in general, but stopped as Ayu ran into Miako, and I grinned evilly, deciding that I still needed to vent a little. "Hey, what're you looking at so hard? If you keep staring like that, I may start believing your story about being a guy." I teased, before swinging my hammer to hold it straight at my shoulder. "But don't you DARE let me catch you with your eyes on me, got it?" I asked, the grin hidden...

I looked over as the kid followed, and I smiled, not so evil now. "Glad to hear you're coming along, then." I said, thinking. "I hope you can put up with scientific Technobable better than I can." I continued walking out way to the building and outside, looking around. "Ah, here we are." I said, as a white car pulled up to the curb, and the back door opened, its windows tinted black. I tossed in the white haired boy like so much luggage, and then stepped back and looked over to the Blond. "I can't let you come in this... But, if you go to the corner of fourth an Myn street, head into the old office building there." The windows were tinted on the inside too, so that it would be impossible to see out of the car as well. And, there was no one in the front seat... I waved to the kid as I slipped into the back besides the boy, smiling out at the blond. "See you there." I said, as the door shut itself gently, and the car drove away.

"That's okay." I said to Ayu, continuing on my way. I didn't think too hard on it until Kaoru said those last few things...sweatdropping I kept quiet, so as not to be one to start anything either, but I tightened my grip on my bubble wand, as the most likely result was Ayu and a retaliation.

"Okay, I'd like to try out my theory on just one girl at the moment, so Bubbles, would you please step over there?" The Professor pointing at an empty space, that was not covered in computers and desks. I did, and nervously watched Professor Utonium peice together a red and yellow ray gun laser looking thing with four holes for whatever it would shoot to escape out of. When Professor Utonium pulled the trigger, I flinched, but only a light came out, and boy was I relieved.

The light was blinding, so I closed my eyes, no less it was shining directly onto me. One red light, blue, green, and white light. I noticed that a mysterious wind was blowing with the light, and I pressed my hands down on my skirt as my pigtails flew everywhere. Out of the black of my eyelid, I saw the red blotches disappear, and tentatively opened one eye. No more light. Looking down at myself I smiled and said, "Back to normal!"

Light blue plaid skirt and white uniform top with a light blue tie, I skipped over to the couches and the rolling table in white pulled up socks and black mary-janes, sitting down to wait for the Professor to hurriedly jot down what had happened and called the others over to be shot at with light to return to normal.

"Wait... wha-what did you say?" I said shyly. My face had turned bright red at her accusation, and my pigtails had basically shot straight up. "N-no, I wasn't! I was just thinking to myself!" How could she be so mean as to throw that sort of accusation out at me, it was unfair! I watched as Miyako was suddenly changed back to her original form by a strange light, and then watched Momoko do the same. Eventually, it was my turn.

I went to stand in the same spot the others had prior, and the light struck me. When it suddenly faded, I kept my eyes shut. I had to reflect first. If I was still a girl, what would I do? I then opened my eyes to find myself, still small and feminine, yet in the big, baggy clothes I had been wearing earlier. My jeans and black shirt, designed for males, were barely staying on my body. I just collapsed to my knees in shock.

I gazed at Ayu, my jaw dropping when she collapsed... "Will that ruin my normal clothes too? Heck, I don't really care, so long as I'm out of this skirt!" I Calmly walked my way over to the spot where Utonium had beamed the other girls, and quietly bent down, gently pulling her out of the danger zone. I couldn't help sympathizing for her, even if I didn't believe her story "A relief, huh?" I asked, before stepping into the area. The professor shrugged, and soon I was blinded by white light...

I didn't really *feel* any different, aside from the cold breeze on my legs had stopped, and the hammer was nowhere to be seen. As the blinding light slowly faded from my eyes, I looked down at myself, and began to grin. I was back to normal! Regular shoes, shorts, T-shirt, hat... I was all there! "YES!" I practically shouted, jumping into the air and pumping a fist. "That's how it should be!" I said, satisfied as I walked out of the way, and leaned against one of the mainframes in the room, sighing with relief...

When the car's engine stopped, I grabbed a hold of the boy's ankle, and stepped out as the door opened, calmly dragging him behind me like a bag of trash. We were in what appeared to be a dark parking garage, but walled off, at least on the level we were on. The car's door shut itself behind us, and I smiled as the elevator in a nearby wall opened. Mr. Damane was one for style...

I stepped in, and after the elevator door getting stuck on the boy's head, I had us both safely inside, and slowly traveling downwards...

I sat in what appeared to be a regular office chair near the elevator shaft, other than the fact that it had one large oval shape at the bottom instead of wheels, and that it hovered a few inches off of the ground. As the elevator door opened, I kept my face blank, but my tone warm. "So, Tank, how was it?" He gave me that grin of his, but said without a hint of insolence "Your clairevoyance on the blink? Eh, well aside from being a rude little bug, it wasn't that hard." He said, swinging around the boy on the floor next to me. I looked up at the rips and tears in his coat, and sighed. "There will be a new coat in your closet. Get ready, there's one more thing to do today..."

At least, for him there was. I looked atthe small room around me, decorated much like any middle class sitting room. The laboratory was hardly a living space unless I was working on something, like I soon would be... This was quite the game, really, and with my clairevoyance, I knew exactly what strategies to use to ensure minimal losses. Still, losing someone with Tank's unique... Strategic value would be painful at best.

I was silent as I followed Mr. Weirdo, glancing every now and then at Dash. My curiosity was really bothering me now. I never thought there would be a day where I would see super powered freaks. And in action, too!

It wasn't long until a white car pulled over. Mr. Weirdo threw in Dash and slipped in himself, but not before telling me I couldn't go with them. Instead, he gave me directions to where they were going… something about an old building. I glared at him as the car drove away and again muttered an oh-so colorful string of curses. And I was beginning to think Mr. Weirdo couldn't get any weirder.

Huffing, I began walking. I don't even know why I was still following them, but it's one of those urges I keep getting. I didn't know what the heck Mr. Weirdo and his stupid boss are planning, but I did know that they were up to something. Something that rather interests me. Being too lost in thought, I hadn't actually paid any attention to where I was going. Not that I even knew any streets in this city, anyway. Okay, from what I remember, I turned there and there. Over there, too. Scanning the area I was in, I sighed. How'd I end up in a park?

"Oh, forget it." I grumbled to myself, teeth clenched in irritation. I plopped down on a bench, looking up in the sky as if it would actually give me answers. I still remembered what street to go to, but finding it would be difficult. See, the only thing I wasn't good at just happened to be directions. And worse…

It didn't take long before I got distracted. My lips immediately formed a smirk as I walked towards her. "Look at what we have here." I casually waved at her, smirking even wider than before. "Princess Loudmouth."

A shiver ran up my spine and I froze at the voice. Friggin ay, how'd he find me here?! Whirling around towards the general direction of Death Society Reject, I pointed a rigid finger at him, and almost screeched what I was about to say, but instead, just stammered it, "Y-Y-You're a STALKER!" I scooted backwards on my bench, but recovered my pride and snapped, "What, I'm gonna die now Mr. Reaper? What're you doing here?" I asked irritably, TOTALLY not in the mood for this. My drunken parents were probably already out on the streets, half looking for me, half looking for a casino and a bar.

The thought made my face go a light shade of pink, embarrassed at the thought of them stumbling around the city sidewalks and crashing into people while they reeked of alchohol. But then I remembered that there was an idiot moron that was in front of me, that was most DEFINETELY a guy, and I swear, if he got the wrong idea I'd knock some sense into him. Glaring at him and feeling the heat in my cheeks instantly drain away, I moved my hand around for my swords, but just the thought of 'I need to find those swords' and they appeared in my hands.

"Ngh... What happened?" I mumbled as I pushed my injured body up from the itchy, carpetted floor to my knees. Where was I? The room was decorated similarly to my mothers room back at my mansion in america. The walls were pure white in colour, and bare, except for the few old styled, french paintings. There was also a coffee table, as well as a Victorian style chair. Taking a glance at my body, I found I was in a pair of dark blue shorts, and a light blue shirt. I was quite banged up now, multiple bruises and scratches all over my body. The most noticible wound was a deep gash in my leg, which made me only capable of limping to the chair and sitting down. Before me sat a bald man... bald. "You're that boys employer, I presume?" I interrogated, before placing my hand on the leg wound. "I already said I want nothing to do with the likes of you. I work for nobody."
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I was panting as Kaoru removed me from the area, and for a short time after as well, as Momoko guided me to a couch. It wasn't just out of shock, though, I felt somewhat sick. Maybe that was related to the beam? I didn't acknowledge anything that was going on around me, however, I was completely zoned out, staring into nothingness.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

"Do you think she's okay? She doesn't seem like it." I sighed to Kaoru as I walked over to her, obviously talking about Ayu. Something didn't seem quite right about her whole situation. I personally doubted it was anything but alien abduction, but I decided it best to talk to the other two about it. "Does anyone else think we should do something about her? I mean, she doesn't seem to be in the best condition right now, and we can't really leave her dressed like that! Does anyone have any extra clothes? She might be more comfortable in something you'd wear, Kaoru, if what she states about her past is true! Maybe candy will help her feel better!"

I clapped my hands together "Yes! I do have some extra clothes actually, and we can't leave you in those clothes, no less, just before I was hit with the light I was out..." I rummaged through a light blue shopping bag, "SHOPPING!" I cried, presenting a dress, light blue and pink pleated skirt with a scoop neck plain white long-sleeved shirt, "I don't know if you like skirts or not, but this is all I bought today, and I really only wear skirts unless I can help it..." I said, handing the outfit to Ayu, "But it's brand new, so nobody's worn it before. You can have it, I can get another outfit.

Tilting my head to the side, watching Ayu's uneven breath, and I asked, "Are you okay? You look kind of...sick?" That wasn't it. Out of breath was better, but it was too late for that. I folded up the skirt and top, and handed it to Ayu, "Well, anyway, this should keep you until we can find you a set of clothes that might better suit your tastes." Standing up I tapped my cheek with a finger in curiousity and wondered aloud, "I wonder when the next time I'll be able to wear that cute dress will be!!"

I shook my head at the boy smiling now. "Not at all, young master Chesterglad." I said, my chair hovering closer to the table, and I pushed one ornate China cup towards him, before hovering back to my place. "I was more thinking of working with you." I sipped a cup of the hot tea myself, relaxing as I leaned back in my chair. "I have a great deal of rescources available to me, but the effects of this alterred Chemical X are difficult to predict, let alone alter." I said, my face twisting into a grimace. "Your friend there, Tank, was an apt sign of that. You see, What it gave me was clairvoyance." I said, looking into his face for a reaction.

"One way or the other, you will help me, and I will help you, so why don't you just tell me what it is you want, and then I'll let you know what I need." I said, the smile back. This was quite the drama as well, not to mention a comedy, at least, it would be soon enough...

I laughed (I was surprised to find no bitterness or whatsoever in it) at her reaction, my silver eyes instinctively rolling. "Sheesh, don't flatter yourself." I said nonchalantly, seating myself on her bench. I made sure I was as far from her as possible; it would be sad if I actually end up in the Death Society, wouldn't it? "Don't worry; I'm pretty sure you have… I don't know, a year left before Dash would get you." I gave her a faint smirk as I ran a hand through my hair.

I sighed, noting how… un-mean I was being. I probably used up all my energy looking for Mr. Weirdo's hiding place. That or I'm losing it—which will never ever happen.

When I saw her blush, for whatever reason, I attempted to regain my very attractive bad boy-ness. I still kept distance, since I am conscious of her swords, but I stared at her intensely with a gaze that could practically bore a hole through her head. It usually worked with most girls, they'd faint afterwards, but I wasn't sure whether Princess Loudmouth fits in with 'most girls'. I mean, no girl could scream as loud as her. Scratch that, no one in the world can.

"What do I need?" I repeated, wiping some blood off my forehead. "I need the power to beat those girls I encoutered earlier. If you can supply that, I'd gladly oblige." Also, taking a look at myself once more, I had another request. "I also need my wounds healed, a new outfit, and I'd like to know why I'm dressed in my old clothes instead of my robes from earlier, as well as information on the whereabouts of my scythe."
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

"No... I'm fine..." I said quietly in responce to Miyako's concern. My breaths were beginning to even out now, and the nautious feeling was beginning to clear. I took the clothes offered by Miyako, because I had to face the facts. There was no way I could walk around dressed in clothes three times my size. I began walking towards the next room, having troubles because of the large clothes. I turned around before exitting, my face pure red. "I... don't know how to put this on..."

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

As I realized Miyako had everything under control with Ayu, I suddenly turned my attention to Kaoru. "You ARE going to join us, aren't you? You were chosen, just like us! We're a team, chosen to protect the world! We're super heroines!"

My jaw would've dropped open in indignity....if I knew what he was talking about when it came to Dash. But when he sat down, I really did gape at his nerve, and scooted to the far end of the bench- away from him.

"W-W-What?!" My face was contorted with either digust or confusion, I didn't know myself, but I was positive this guy was going to do something...er...perverted at the very least as he stared at me. It unnerved me, and I had the little animation of him springing some attack on me that would really HURT all of the sudden, while I was busy freaking out. As he continued to stare at me, I swear he was going to burn a hole through my head, as though my head and face weren't already hot enough what with my cheeks burning themselves off.

Turning around and folding my arms, I muttered irritably, "You really are a friggin stalker. And just WHAT do you mean by that...whatever you said about Dash?! If you haven't deducted in your own teeny brain already, no comprehendo! I are a stupid gurl who dun know good engreesh, so yew should layke, totally start speakin' meh language!" I said mockingly crossing my eyes and speaking in a stupid slurred voice I always heard my dad use when he spoke to me.

I, Ken, had been the only one with courtesy enough to think of the girls as guests, and had marched off to make daifuku buns, and tea. Naturally, I was the only one, if you must know again. Piling a good number of daifuku buns on top of each other into a pyramid shape, I finished by adding the last one to the top. Turning around to turn off the whistling kettle, I poured the water into a teapot, and let some tea leaves sit in the pot.

But, when I turned back around, the top daifuku bun was gone!! Looking around in confusion, and not finding anything of particular interest, I sighed and shrugged it off, adding the extra I made to the top. Capping off the teapot and putting it onto a serving tray, I turned around to add the daifuku bun plate to the tray as well, and was surprised when the top daifuku bun was gone! Again! But this time, it had taken me less time to do the tea, and Peach was caught in the act! I laughed and let Peach eat the bun.

It would have to be a top less daifuku bun. Putting teacups onto the rolling table, I put the plate on as well, and pushed the table into the sitting area, where everyone was.

"Snacks!" I announced, knowing Momoko would be the first one over, judging by her attitude.

~ + ~

"Oh!" I said, looking up from my laptop in which I had been jotting down my observations of the transformation back to their original selves and the result, especially Ayu's case, "That looks great! I'll have one, if you don't mind." I took a daifuku bun and took a thoughtful bite. If Ayu didn't turn back into a male, that would cause missing persons problems. And it would also cause a few problems amongst Ayu herself- I mean, himself. She was originally a boy, and most people don't like hopping genders.

I noticed Miyako offering her clothes for Ayu, and I sweatdropped, wondering how she expected Ayu to get into another skirt right after she'd gotten into one. I sweatdropped even more when Ayu told Miyako that she didn't know how to put on the clothes. Even I knew how to put on girl clothes...not that I'm implying anything!! A scientist needs to know these sort of...things.

~ + ~

I sweatdropped and nodded, "I'll help you, it's not too hard. Come on." I linked arms with Ayu, and pulled her to the ladies room, "Since it's going to be weird if we're in the same stall, and since it'll be cramped if we are, I'll show you how to put them on out here." Taking the skirt and holding it up, I showed Ayu the buttons at the front, "See? You put them on like shorts, it's just, there's no cloth seperating your legs, so that's easy."

I took the shirt, "This is a scoop neck top, so the collar should be at your shoulders," I indicated at Ayu's shoulder, "It can be kind of revealing, but it's the best we've got right now right? Anyway, you put this on like a regular top, nothing special, but makes sure it doesn't slip off your shoulders. Speaking of that, we should probably get you some proper undergarments...you can wear boxers and a skirt, you just can't, and since you're a girl now...well, you've got a few extra's to take care of." I sweatdropped, and realized how big a change this would be if it was permenant.

I grinned at him, now with a malevolent gleam in my eye. "Why, how convenient..." I said, turning to gaze at the elevator. "That's exactly what I intend to find. They are an... Obstacle to my goals as well." I said, smiling warmly now as I looked back at him. "As for your... Equipment, your weakened state has reverted you to your normal form. You can return with the simple phrase 'boiler burn.'" I said as the door slipped open, as Tank walked in, followed by a small, hovering robot. Tank went into the elevator, and the robot began to circle around young Boiler, analyzing his condition.

"Allow the tool to do it's work, and you'll be strong again in no time." I said, pausing as the elevator closed behind tank, and staring at the doors. "A pity he has to fail, don't you think? He's more than useful."

I turned, very slowly, and deliberately to face Momoko. "Let me ask you something." I said in a deceptively calm tone, continuing before she could respond. "What part of SKIRT do you not understand?" I asked, the one word shouted loud enough to make my final words seem like a whisper. Even my ears were ringing... "I don't DO skirts. I don't want to be SEEN in skirts. I don't want to THINK about skirts. And I most certainly don't want to be FLYING in one!"

"A pity he has to fail? What is it you're referring to, sir?" I questioned my new employer as I felt my energy begin to restore. "Speaking of which, you have rudely not given me your name yet, while you for some reason no mine. Also, how do you expect to help me reach my goal?
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I nodded as Miyako went over how to put on the clothing before me, and then entered the stall, as I began to change. Of course, as I changed, I basically kept my eyes clothes except for when I was doing up buttons. I was nowhere near comfortable in this body yet. As I began finishing up the clothing change, I decided to say something to Miyako. "I-I'll be okay, right? This won't be permanent?" I quickly emerged from the stall in my new set of clothes, my hair still tied back in curly pigtails, and my face still red. Most would describe me as cute, but I wasn't really thinking about that!
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

"Snacks! Yay!" I exclaimed as I ran up to Ken with his plate out of daifuku buns. This, of course, completely distracted me from my interaction with Kaoru. I took the food item and stuffed it in my mouth. The buns were made perfectly, and my face suddenly lit up as I finished scarfing it down. "Ken! These are so good!" I exclaimed cheerfully as I ate another. "You're really good at making snacks! Come have one, Kaoru!"

"To begin to sum it up..." I said as the tool worked, using limited range nanites to physically patch him up using synthetic materials that would act similar to his own skin and flesh, until new grew in it's place. The same sort of material that compromised most of my X-cons. "My name is Professor Damane, Atrashi Damane, I was the leading expert on biochemistry at the time of my death." I said, glancing back at him. "As for his failure, Tank will be making your mission easier. However in attempting to destroy these... Girls, he will fail." I said, leaning further back in the chair. "As for you..." I paused, thinking. "You will go to the scene of their fight, and collect samples of DNA. From that, I can not only analyze probably weaknesses, but... I could probably find ways to boost your own physical capacities, to where you could rival them." I couldn't be certain, my sight couldn't see everything, as useful as it was. And I could see that Boiler would serve far better in my own goals. What was rightfully mine, would be mine…

I blinked as Momoko darted off, completely ignoring my window-rattling shout. I turned, watching her with the bun. "You, are insane. You ARE insane, aren't you?" I asked, staring. How the heck did she DO that?! And moreover, why did I want to laugh as much as hit her?!

I laughed again, amused. There was nothing like a good teasing to refill my energy. Ah, Princess Loudmouth's reaction was priceless. <3 I knew there was a girl beneath that obnoxious exterior. Sneering, I waved my hand to dismiss the 'being a stalker' part. "Like I said, don't flatter yourself. I mean, I could get any girl I want, so why would I waste my time stalking one particular girl?" I crossed my arms and held up my head high, grinning as I remembered her red face. "...but you do look cute when you don't act so bratty." I added as an afterthought, emphasizing on the word cute, curious to see how she would react.

I was originally going to ask for directions, but Princess here was just too tease-able. And besides, I doubt she'd give me a straight answer. I was thinking I could maybe manage a civilized discussion, then casually ask her about Myn street and whatever, and voila, I'm at Mr. Weirdo's secret base. However, with the way things were going now, I don't think I'll ever get to the civilized discussion part.

"B-b-b-b-b-b-BRATTY!?!?" I nearly shrieked, but instead of going on and on with a temper tantrum, I stood up and snapped, "You're the one FLATTERING yourself!! You WISH you could get any girl you wanted, because right now your missing a girl in the world, because as I've said before I'd rather date a monkey then you!" Having made my point I sat back down, though further off the edge of the bench this time, arms still folded. I should've just stormed away, but the question kept nagging at me. Where would I go?

Wait. Cute. I blinked as the word finally sank in.

I was about to yell at him again, and almost felt some heat rise up in my cheeks but then, I remembered what I'd told him earlier, and decided to give him no more chances to mock and poke fun at me, so I simply took a deep breath to make the heat go away, and said, "Stalker."

~ + ~

I clasped my hands together and squealed, "Ohmygoshyoulooksocute!!!" I hurried to fix some weird folds in Ayu's job of putting the clothes on, like a ever so slightly lopsided collar and a slightly crumpled skirt. But I paused when Ayu asked me if she'd always be this way. Straightening again I examined her, and deemed her presentable, before saying, "I don't know. But if it is permenant, then you should start getting used to it, right? Even if it's embarrassing! So if you ever need help just tell me!"

I moved my fingers into a telephone like look, and put it up to the side of my face before saying, "I wish I brought a brush with me...your hair needs it!" I whined, looking at Ayu's pigtails that were similar to mine. If I could just...get that tangle right there...but I didn't press on it, and held to door to the bathroom open, saying, "Here, let's go show them how cute you are, and we'll worry about how long you'll be staying as a girl later, when things have calmed down a bit." 'Things' were namely, Kaoru Matsubara.

"It's just... unnatural for this to happen. Is something wrong with me? I must be sick or something. Do I really need to go out there?" I was confused, full of questions and concerns at this time. I took a deep breath, and stepped out into the room where all of the others were eating. Cool air suddenly brushed against my face, making me aware that the washroom had been somewhat warmer than this room. I didn't step out for more than a few seconds before I was tackle-hugged by Momoko, making me blush dark red again.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

"Ayu you look so cute!" I exclaimed as I basically hung from her neck. I let go quickly, making sure not to choke her, and put my hands on her shoulders as I looked into her eyes. I was oblivious to the fact that she had become very embarrassed by my actions, but she was just so cute! "Oh, right!" I exclaimed as I revealed a daifuku bun in my hand, before stuffing it in her mouth. "Ken made these, aren't they great!?"

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

"So the famous scientist, huh? I've heard something of you from my father. He is a very powerful man, after all." I smirked. There was no doubt about that being where he knew my last name. "You're very tedious, as I heard. You'd sarcifice your own ally? I'm not so sure if I should trust you or not." The tool suddenly disappeared, and I felt great. "I guess I'm going now?"

"I am devoted, some may call that tedious." I said, looking up at the empty ceiling. "As for this... Sacrifice, the only way to efficiently obtain DNA samples without suspicion will be collecting them from the scene of a fight. I could have sent you in their stead, but I'd prefer that you not be beaten. I looked at a watch on my wrist, and smiled. "You will be soon enough, but let's give our enemies time to do their job." The smile faded, and I looked up at him. "Believe me; whoever I sent would have failed. It makes no difference how capable they are. If I had sent you, you'd be beaten by them, and playing dress up by the morning."

I thought about the orders in the pocket of my coat as I walked down the street. Down the middle, of the street. "Cause enough ruckus and they'll show up, eh?" I thought to myself as I walked into an intersection, the cars swerving around me, horns blaring. That was, until I spun around and did a roundhouse punch, crushing the trunk, and engine of a passing S.U.V. Then, the horns stopped, and the cars started swerving away form me, and much faster. "Let's see just how much it takes." I muttered to myself, walking over to a fire hydrant as people started scramming and ran away. A small kick ripped off the water access, and soon a geyser was spewing icy water into the middle of the street...
