This is my first RMT, and it happens to be a Platinum one. I'm not very familiar with the Platinum moves, etc. yet so I'm not sure how well put together this team is.

Hurrah, the new standard leadape. Meant Fake out, to prevent sashing and then Stealth Rock.

Salamence @ Life Orb

80 ATK / 176 SPE / 252 SP.A
- Draco Meteor
- Earthquake
- Flamethrower
- Outrage

Mixmence! Platinum version. Outrage causes great damage with Life Orb.

Lucario @ Life Orb
Jolly + Inner Focus
4 HP /252 ATK / 252 SPE
- Ice Punch
- Bullet Punch
- Close Combat
- Swords Dance/Crunch

A CBTar counter, evidently much needed on my team.

Vaporeon @ Leftovers

- Hidden Power Electric

A good staller, not much changed from D/P -> PL so it's just the Wish Support Vaporeon.

Mamoswine @ Choice Band

252 ATK / 4 DEF / 252 SPE
- Earthquake
- Ice Shard
- Stone Edge
- Ice Fang

A great addition, and covers some of my weaknesses.

Zapdos @ Life Orb
Timid + Pressure
4 HP / 252 SP.A / 252 SPE
- Heat Wave
- Thunderbolt
- Hidden Power Grass
- Roost

Heat Wave is a great addition to Zapdos, and allows him to take out threats such as Metagross.

Any suggestions on switches in the team would be great.

I don't like the CBTar weak. It can OHKO-2HKO ur whole team with CB Stone Edge. Since you practically can take care of Luke and Scizor with MixMence, and Swampert gets hit by Azelf's Grass Knot, you could opt for a SpecsLuke/ScarfLuke >> Zappy to stop Tar. If you don't want a choice user, Agililuke could also work.

I looked through the other Platinum RMTs for ideas.

I don't like the CBTar weak. It can OHKO-2HKO ur whole team with CB Stone Edge. Umm is a specially based Lucario really intelligent on a team which is pretty much manhandled by blissey at this current time lol ?

On the topic of lucario, you could shove an SD version >> Scizor if you want the resistances to tyranitars STAB moves.

Ice Punch is pfft.mCrunch will help alot with cress and what not. The priority is up to you, ES is better usually but BP can hit Gengar and Mismag etc, s meh.

In addition id replace azelf (Im sorry, i love you Azelf T_T) since you have like one physical threat which means if Luke/Scizor goes away, as i said on msn Blissey goes "pssh nub" at you >:



Choice Band Mamoswine would help here >> Azelf, in addition to absorbing t-waves and stuff that shut most of this team down currently, also mence insurance is never a bad thing right ? (Something which you currently lack =0)

I hate platinum mixmence because it mainly sucks "ololol letz get locked in just 2 kill blissey, how awsum is dat, Outrage ftw rite ??!!" no, metagame used revenge kill. Id just put Roost >> it so you can switch it into stuff like Lucario and Roost of the damage you take and from SR and LO recoil. In addition Brick Break >> EQ since it hits everything EQ does and can actually remove special walls without locking yourself in JUST to kill them, removing screens is useful too. Outrage is only useful on DD and CB mence which are sweepers, not a wall breaker that Mixmence is, huge difference [/rant]. <---Nothing against you, just against Outrage on Mixmence.

No, Scarfchomp mence does not handle SD Scizor EVER. It gets OHKO'd after an SD with BP despite intimidate with SR up =/. Id keep zappy in all honesty, for extra insurance really.

Onto the team, the point of the Lead you are using is so that it is not walled by the likes of Gyarados and Salamence, its primary goal is to set up stealth rock, but when it comes right down to it, if the pokemon you are facing is slower than you and can't do nothing, then there really isn't much point staying in however if its a Gyarados or Salamence, they would most likely attack, so that is when you use Endeavor but hope its an attack not Dragon Dance, then finish them off with Vacuum Wave.

But imo I don't think you should use that lead just yet, so I will try out this lead that I used to run that was walled by the two beasts.

Try this set, Fake Out is for opposing leads so that it will screw up their sash and you should know the rest.

I don't se much point in having Lucario, Scizor and Azelf on the same team, Nasty Plot Azelf is not really all that but that is just me.

I would replace Lucario with with Heatran so he can take fire hits for Scizor and makes a good revenge killer, or you could go with this Lucario over Scizor.

I have used this and its awesome, I believe it can outspeed CBtar but I wouldn't recommend switching into him, he is best used with a duel screener, but i will save that for another day.

Anways, you come in on something that can't handle him, if you decide to go with SD > Crunch, set up and begin to sweep, Gliscor can't touch you cause of Ice Punch, Bullet for Gengar and Weavile and Close Combat for Tar but I think Scizor is better.

now onto Azelf, have you considered bulking up your defences, cause I don't see much point in NPAzelf as he is kinda frail and you are playing a risky game, so consider added another wall that can support your team.

Fakeout is good for the sashers. And then a SR will be good afterwards.
