The ones that hurt the most are probably being burned, cutting your fingers, and thrown off the freeway. Getting hit by a 2x4 would probably kill you, same with being chopped in pieces.

9/10 That would flippin' hurt if you stayed consious throughout the entire ordeal.... :\

Next: How high would the Pain Meter read if you went up against an ENTIRE ARMY with nothing but a butcher knife, and was captured, cut to death, quickly dowsed in alcohol, cut to death AGAIN with a million and one paper cuts, took another alcohol wave to the face, had all of your appendages broken (excluding your neck) and was left in the dungeon for a couple of months and then had all of your appendages broken AGAIN and then finally impaled. :D

Hallucinating strong pain, which is only caused by your brain, no outside source. Then being okay for a while, then again.

Stabbed in both hands and feet, then having salt poured on you.

I use cheese graters on a daily basis. Ouch...

Let's see. You're bound to a table, you cannot kill yourself by biting your tongue because that's been tied up. Adrenaline is injected into your bloodstream so you can't pass out. Someone then proceeds to slice of your eyelids and places a mirror in front of you so you can see your whole body. Slowly, zhe then hacks of your bodyparts with a rusty hacksaw while you watch the whole ordeal, unable to pass out. Consider also the emotional trauma from watching this, feeling the pain, and not being able to do a thing.

If you get this reference, you win.
