Palette don't update on cygwin

    Hello everyone, I have a problem in modifying the palettes on Cygwin.
    I correctly inserted new Pokemon's sprites but when I type "make" on cygwin the rom updates regularly but the palettes don't update, despite the fact that I have modified the files in the folders (normal e shiny pal). Can you tell me if I need to edit any other file to update the colors of the sprites?

    You don't. What's happening to you means 1 of 2 things as far as I can think, either you modified one of the palettes or both incorrectly, or you have other errors in your codebase that are processed before the changes to the palettes.
    Sometimes, the build process skips known errors in the codebase for some strange reason, and with those errors in place, an updated ROM cannot be built.
    If you're sure that your changes to the palettes are correct, then throw in a make clean and a make on your terminal.
    That should bring to surface any code errors your project might have.
