can you give a pokemon an item and when u catch it,it evolves? 4 example give seadra dragon scale and transfer it will it be a kingdra?

No, it doesn't evolve. Transferring over doesn't count as trading it.

Nah, that won't work sorry. You can however offer the Seadra on the GTS with the item and take it back and it should trigger the evolution. You might lose it so it's sorta risky.

Yeah, there should be options to make the player trade again a determined Pokémon, or 2 Pokémon for one.
