Added a Voltorb baloon, gave it a stripe on its other fin to match and gave it an odd feather on its tail. :3

But seriously, this sprite is completely sexy, but there's too much clutter. I vote new sprite. Can I request a Ditto to give some of us some texture training? ;)
 
The thing with Ditto is... it's so small. Smaller sprites don't last as long as larger ones, which is why I generally choose large, bulky pokemon whenever I change it. But eh, if you want it, go for it.

Go ahead and change it this time, you have my permission. XD
 
The texture on ditto in D/P/Pt isn't what it used to be. So, bulky Pokemon, huzzah!

I got rid of the shell spikes/horn, but it looked to bare so I made a turtle like design.

Your sprite now has Ho-oh eyes and flipper coloring (it was the only reference I had around).

Well, she got attached to a pink bloob of terror,then that pink blob of terror made lapras get a pink necklace and bracelet.(really bad edit sorry)

This just looked like someone used a pencil and drew this "blob" on. The shading isn't the greatest either. I think it falls under this rule:

General clean up, messed with the underbelly and added a stone knife/horn to the end of the tail.
