NOT SO FAST! It's against the rules to both do an edit and hit a new one at the same time, since the next fellow would've wanted to make more changes. I, for one, wanted to make additional changes, so here they are:

★Cleaned up the whole sprite - this sounds more important than it looks. Many discolored and disoriented outlines had to be fixed.
★Added a grin - well, sort of.
★Scratched up a better arm - the old one looked a bit off.

I cleaned the lower half of the pokemon. Too many jagged lines within the tentacles and random white and black lines in the body.
I also added Ambipom hands.

Gave a Voltorb orb instead of legs and Scizor arms. Also positioned the neck to suit the new head better.
