    Not without a third party program. I'm pretty sure BitLocker can't be decrypted by Windows systems that don't already have it installed, and every other solution either isn't secure enough or is a third party one.
     
    Have you tried Cryptainer LE? From what I've read, it has a mobile component that allows you to input the password on any computer to access your files. Here's a link to the review: www.timeatlas.com

    Nice catch; that does appear to work, and it's even free. I wasn't expecting there to be such a solution.
     
    Sandisk USB Drives with U3 are able to have a password put on it, though it only works on Windows PCs. If you plug it into a linux or Mac OS computer you can bypass the password easily.
     
    Solution was already found, I'm closing this.
