[Other] Patching .nds to .gba using .ups patch

    So trying to patch pokemon diamond rom with an .ups patch from a closed thread here, directions were unclear and I honestly don't know what I'm doing here(both posting in the forums and patching the rom). Any help would be nice whether its directing me to the proper forum or linking me/giving me directions.
