    Hello everyone, this is probably a stupid or nooby question. But i don't know how to patch (fx Pokémon mega power) from ups to gba. Since i use VBA and i can't work it out with the UPS file. Any help is really appreciated!

    Btw do you know which rom can patches with Mega power? i have tried a emerald.gba

    Are you sure you are using a clean Emerald ROM? If not, please use a clean, unmodified Emerald BPEE ROM. :)
