I don't know if this is a bug or something but I'll make a question out of it. So right now I have been adding pokemon trainers from the 4th gen, and thanks to SpartaLazor I got them (broken link removed) however even though I added the graphics and the txt to my game the trainer types don't change even though I replaced the old trainertypes txt. When I checked the editor in the playtest the editor had the trainertypes of the old trainertypes.txt and I don't know what is happening. I already closed and reopen rmxp but it didn't get solved. As per the version I'm using the newest version of the BW essentials from Klein although, I don't think this should pose a problem to answers since the update is not that old it has the fixes that Essentials 16 must have.

As Obito said, you need to force it to compile. The reason it doesn't compile on its own is because the way it determines if it needs to compile when starting up or not, is it checks the last modified times of the data file and compares it to the last modified time of your PBS file. Since you got your PBS file from someone else, it's older than your data file, and thus will never feel the need to compile it.
