15.) only other one I can think of is Fatal error: Out of memory
What I did with this one was a bit different. I was looking for Database, and Fatal - anyone around at 2007 would literally see Database and Fatal errors so often it became a joke - I believe it was also mentioned in the Database Error fanclub (yes, that existed!)
People did say PHP errors which is technically also correct but not exactly what I was looking for. So what I did was give the top points to the person who came up with Fatal, and gave the next lot of points to the first two that said PHP.
