PC WiFi Tournament

Um, I was using my standard team barring Tyranitar (Which didn't really do anything in the battle), and Breloom, which I switched out for Scizor because it's too easily counter nowdays. I can list the other four Pokemon I had, and I'm sure Prince and Volkner's Apprentice will tell you that I just used them in a battle against them.

Also, the first battle was 5-6, much too far away to determine a winner, however, this was much closer, so it's under different circumstances, meaning it should be taken at a different angle.

So yeah. :/ But I'm done as well, I'll just see what Zam thinks, and that'll determine who wins or loses this battle. If I had lost, I would admit to it, I even posted at the top of the page that I was probably going to lose at that rate, but I brought it back and was winning until the D/C. :/ I'm a pretty fair person in my opinion, and I wouldn't take a battle from someone that deserves it, but it seems every round me and you battle, when I'm winning, something happens (Such as a D/C), and you start an argument with me about what could have happened. I'm sorry you're in denial, but I was clearly in the home stretch in that battle, and I'm not going to change that, however, I'm done with this conversation.

And nah, if you decide rematch, I'll just give it to juno, because I don't feel like going through this crap with him again, as it only seems to happen with him.

well im accepting nothing less than a rematch for this Zam. which would be the right thing considering all the luxuries i offered him after the first d/c which had meant end game for him. And any body would agree on a 3-3 d/c. its a rematch. im not even trying to ask for win cuz as u noticed when i was winning and it d/c all i said was do over. Now its 3-3 and he wants a win?!?!? saying that he would do this and that to win? a match cant be played on paper or in this case, by being typed out. it all happens on wifi thats why when it d/c when im winning i never ask for a win. if u noticed his post b4 the d/c said i was winnning. thats just plain wrong him asking for a winand im very disappointed considerin g the sportsmanship i offered to him

The only thing you allowed was for me to make it a 6 vs. 6 match instead of a 5 vs. 6 match, so thanks for evening the odds I guess.

Since i have no friends on this forum as i didnt try to make any i think its fair that i defend myself to the fullest. here is my story my p.c. to Alakazam17
You need to let me know whats going on with the tournament so i can know whats happening. I see the p/c going on between you all and how come your consulting with people who werent even in the match but im left out. What did u decide. There is no way Ooka can get the win when it was 3-3 with me just losing the lead. but able to regain. That would be a first in any tournament. otherwise then i should have gotten the win when I was actually winning the first time, if u can allow a tied match to go to someone. Im not asking for a win, i never do when it d/c .im asking for a match. tell me who sounds more fair. its been a problem everytime i battled Ooka. i 5-0ed him the first time he admitted to me about making a pokesav error causing blissey to have no pp and yet VA reversed my win saying Ooka was glitched. then i had already won that Q finals match that d/c he was only stalling to see if anything can happen so he should have been eliminated and yet he got the LL spot. in the third match i take out his only threat and i have stealth rocks and spikes out and it d/c . in the 4th match i was winning , he brought that same threat that i had taken out in the last match, takes two of my pokes out i recover, it d/c and he wants the win? Tell me how im the bad guy. he admitted to his wifi crapping out. I need ur decision.

And here is my response I gave him:

Well, I wasn't in the match either, and it's still my decision. I already know what I think should happen, but I'd like a second opinion, which I am currently waiting for.

And actually, I do not think that a rematch would be fair at all. It would only be fair if it happened near the start of the battle(as was the case in that 5-6), rather than at the end.

I am not saying you're the bad guy, nor am I saying that Ooka is. I just want this to end as peacefully, and as fairly as possible. If it comes down to me giving Ooka the win, it is because I sincerely think he would have beaten you. Likewise, the same can be said if it comes down to you getting the win. And in any possible third scenario, it'll happen because it's been agreed that the match was still too close to call.

I'm sorry to say this, but I doubt you'll have your answer tonight(though of course anything is possible). However, I promise you won't have to wait any longer than this time tomorrow. I am sorry to see what has resulted from this final battle, and I hope we can all get past whatever results from it.

~Zam

Epic finals. And I foundz my DS so I can battle now. =D

Eh, just to let you know, I won't think any less of you Zam if you say rematch, however, I will say now no rematch will be taking place. xD

Okay, after some deep consideration on my part, the seventh PC WiFi Tournament comes to a close. This was a decision I did not wish to make, but when given the data from both parties, I feel that my choice is the right one. I don't mean any disrespect, junoliv, as I know you are an excellent battler. But this is how it's going to be, sorries. Congrats, Ooka! =D

Pokecommunity Tournament 7 Champion: Ooka

For winning, Ooka gets the choice of having a bye to Round 3 of the next regular tournament, in addition to first pick and second pick from the prizes.

For getting 2nd place, junoliv gets the choice of having a bye to Round 2 of the next regular tournament, in addition to next pick of the prizes.

For placing 3rd, 4th, and, due to special circumstances, 5th, _Prince_, Aurafire, and Ito_Igami each get the choice of having a bye to Round 2 of the next regular tournament, in addition to one Pokemon from my Breeding Centre here.

As for Tourney #8, I'll keep with the traditional month-long registration period, thus making the start date Saturday, May 30th, 2009. And in case there weren't enough clues, I am also saying that the registration period for PC WiFi Tournament #8 begins NOW! :D

And, besides the five Semi-Finalists, byes to Round 2 will also be given to World King, POKEMASTERALEX, and pkman, should they decide to enter, in addition to anyone who gives me a prize donation between now and the 30th.

So, in registering for the 8th Tournament, once again I ask you which team you'd like to be a part of for the main one-America, Europe, or Australia. Furthermore, in addition to that, you can also choose to register in any or all of the Side Tourney teams-Doubles, Underused, and/or NFE. For each of these smaller tournaments to start, I will require eight people to join them. So keep that in mind folks, as you consider which teams you'll be joining. ^_^

And with that, commence! :D

Good, glad it went into consideration. :)

Muahahah, I register first. xD

So what side tournies will be going on this time around? NFE and UU? Or did Doubles beat NFE?

I register for NFE and UU both if they're going on, or just UU if it's doubles. (And the standard of course xD)

I've edited my last post with your answers, Ooka. So I'll put you down for Teams America, Underused, and NFE then, correct? :D

As for myself, I'll go ahead and register for America, Underused, NFE, and Doubles. This is going to be an interesting summer, hehehe. ^_^

Actually, I'm willing to give doubles a chance, since I never have. xD

So stick me in that one too.

Nice job Ooka, although I really don't know what the hell went on in that last match, but congrats on getting your name up on the first post once again! :D

Sign me up for the main event, UU and Doubles, Zam. Team America of course.

Now I have a bit of time to revamp this team of mine. =P

I'm first! Ooka doesn't count cause he's already in for round 3 x3
So I'm in for OU please, team Europe if it's still that again, and I will be donating =]
EDIT: OMG!!! I am so in for NFE!
Okay, you're added!

And omg, I am so glad I was able to copy+paste your name, XD. Otherwise I'd just call you Fred and be done with it. :P

Also, a question about NFE, are Pokemon that are used in UU and such still allowed, like Chansey and Scyther? Just wondering. :/

Yeah, I suppose if everyone is allowed to use them, it's not like anyone is getting cheated out. It's just going to be hard to find something that can take a hit from Scyther. xD

Congrats guys! Great job pushing all the way to the finals Juno, you really came out of nowhere (although I knew you had skill given you won the Whirl Cup! Speaking of which...in the second week of May that lovely tournament will be making it's return.)

I'll sign up for Singles on Team America, then I'll sign up for UU, Doubles, and what the heck, NFE XD

This is going to be sweeeeet.

And sign ups will be going on for at least a month, right? POKEMASTERALEX I'm sure would love to compete, he just has two weeks of school left.

I join everything that is available at the PC wifi tourney, and sign me up for Europe for the main tourney.
