PC WiFi Tournament

the guy who i am facing doesen't seem to be on while i am on ..
what can i do ?
and he never replied to my VM...

I think that this is the second most extreme round because half the players are eliminated here. That's always a whole lot, especially if there's a massive amount of players. The most intense is probably the round before the championship, because it decides who will be in the finals.

Also, i'll make my own predictions next round. Great job all you who won!

Perhaps that is the case in this tournament due to the number of matches that are actually being completed, however the first rounds in past tournaments have actually been the most anticlimactic of those tournaments due to large numbers of dropouts. After all, I would hardly consider half of a tournament's starting lineup never actually appearing to be "extreme" in any positive means.

Also, if a round is intense simply because it determines which players move on to the next round, then does that not automatically make the next round even more intense?

Correct.

In fact, with each round, the number of battlers is cut in half. This extends right up to the final battle, where two people start the battle, and one comes out victorious. :D

Volkner's Apprentice VS cartercr

*Logging on while under grounding (again)* Volnker... Sigh. I just lost my first tournament. Well, as mentioned above, I'm grounded currently, so please be patient, and I'll try to establish a connection on Friday. I won't get on PC, but try to be on Volnker should be about 7:00 PM on Friday. I'll be ready to lose.

^_^ That'll work fine. And I wouldn't be surprised if you end up winning, I'm about as far off the battle circuit as Xairmo was (and he got Juno'd X_x).

Great first round turn out, though, this is the most first round matches completed for quite some time. Usually, like Forci said, the tournaments have extreme drop-out rates. Good going, guys!

(Psst, if you already lost here, go join the ESO! Subliminal advertisement!)

I'm here to report that sadly I've lost my match to nilojan with 0-3.

But there was alot of disconnections (about 4 or 5), but I thinks its the glitchy wifi network.

Watch out, nilojan is acturly pretty good then the rest of you think.

...In a battle that involved remarkable hax, I have just defeated Faceless*. 4-0.

Forci Ichaste has routed me =) great game, I think my BronZOMG got Plat-haxed by the Hypnosis change >_>

Congrats Forci, and welcome to Round Two.

And wow...just wow. Out of 14 battles, 7 have been completed after just three days. That's half, people. :D

Thank you.

Well, of the completed matches, most of them did involve users regularly visiting this thread. Of the seven remaining matches, I believe that I have yet to see the same of the battlers in two of them, so that pace could change in an instant.

That just has to be it.

*Birds gotta swim and fishes gotta fly. Character limit is a killer, and i'm performing a filler*

XD That made me lol.

cart and I will be doing our match Friday, so I wouldn't be surprised if we're the last ones to battle given the pace right now.

Yeah, now that I have advanced to the secondary round, I hope that I face someone that's not better than me, but hey, if i'm a wuss, i'll definitely pay for it. Jeez, I can't find my hammer so I can bust up my computer. This thing is so old and slow that it was around when the dead sea was still sick.

It probably is a record, XD, but I'm too lazy to check. What I did hunt down, however, was this. XD aragornbird joined at the last minute, meaning that we could have an even eighty-eight participants. That is the record thus far in terms of participants-by a long shot, XD. Maybe Platinum's release will change that though. ^_^

...Was that supposed to be a joke or simply a mistake?
