    — How This Works

    The goal of this competition is to earn as many points as possible before the PCX ends. How does one get points you ask? 10 points are awarded for each battle that is completed regardless of the win/loss result, and said points will be recorded in this thread. So, the more you battle, the more points you will receive. That's the difference between the casual and competitive tournaments. Here you need to complete the most battles; there you need to win the most battles. Capisce?

    Another thing needs to be said: this is a Wi-Fi only tournament. This means that only Pokémon games capable of Wi-Fi battling can be used (Black (2) and White (2); Diamond, Pearl, Platinum, HeartGold, and SoulSilver; Pokémon Battle Revolution).

    — Signing Up

    Just post in this thread saying so with your Friend Code(s) for whatever games you'll be using. The post you used for signing up must be used for recording your battle results. Update that post for whenever you complete a battle so that we can easily access the battles you've done. Also, please use the format in the spoiler below when listing your battles. If you fail to do any of this, we will not count your battles.

    — Finding Battles

    Simply ask in this thread, but be sure to include stuff like which game you will be using as well as any additional rules you want to use. Please handle communication outside of this thread. Replies to battle requests should be done via private or visitor message, as well as any additional messages (i.e. "I'm getting online").

    For convenience, you can ask for a "standard" battle and the ban list in the spoiler below will be assumed. Obviously, you don't have to use this particular ban list. Any different rules can be used, just make them known when you request for battles.

    • T&E's General Battle Rules must be followed.

    • Please avoid rejecting challenges. After making a battle request in this thread, you must accept the challenges that come as a result. Don't want to battle anymore? Edit your posting saying so. If we find that you are purposely avoiding challenges from certain people (that are being civil), we will be entitled to reduce your point score or even disqualify you.

    • Participants may change their teams any time during this tournament.

    I would like to sign up. I play Pearl and live in the PST timezone (GMT-7).
    I like to play Lv.50 bar with no legendaries. Also other rules like only 1 team member can be put to sleep at once and no double of 1 species of pokemon (ex. Staravia and Starly or Staravia and Staravia). Last rule, no double items. (2 or more pokemon have same item) I'm usually around 9-10 PST time.
