It would be a good name in english.

I dont really think Dawn is a suitable name for Hikari. I understand where they got the idea from, as Hikari means light and Dawn is a time period when the Sun is rising, therefore giving light... but the name doesnt suit her at all.

Dawn isn't really suitable for hikari it should be another name for it.
