4th Gen Pearl or Diamond

Which one of these games do you guys recommend? Or are they pretty much the same?

They are the same except for the choice of either Palkia and Dialga. Diamond for Dialga. Pearl for Palkia.

Personally I got Diamond. But then again I traded for a Palkia and a bunch of the other legendaries.

I got Pearl because all the GBA games I have allow me to get all the Diamond exclusives except for the new Pokemon exclusives, though I have them all except for Dialga now.

It really didnt matter with me, i already have Daimond, i could go with Pearl too easily, but i already got Palkia from trade though.

It doesent matter, the exclusive pokemons are available in other versions, so basicly its your choice, if you like the looks of Palkia, buy Pearl, if you like the looks of Dialga buy Diamond;)

I chose Pearl, because my girlfriend has Diamond. She wants a Glameow so badly that she made me a huge lunch for work the other day. So now I owe her a Glameow.

Pearl. Dialga falls to the almighty paraflinch hax togekiss while Palkia can put up a fight, if he's faster than my togekiss :x(Very likely)

I agree. Also, Palkia looks like a geneticly altered lizard x_x
For me, it doesn't really matter since I bought both versions(as always with all the versions).

Because I noticed Diamond was selling better than Pearl, so I asked why, and if it was better to get than Pearl.

Basically what it camedown to on that thread, was people think since Diamond was the first one said its stuck in the mind easier, so subliminally people buy it. I saw a list of the Version exclusives, and I would pick Diamond. Scyther is Diamond only. But with WiFi, it really doesnt matter anymore. Then you just got a pick of the main legends, Dialga and Palkia. I like both, buth Steel/Dragon, sounds fun.

I chose Pearl. At first, I will admit, I wanted Diamond, but Target only had Pearl. XD; I thought about waiting until a new shipment came in, but after thinking it over for a minute, I decided Pearl was the way to go since it seems a lot of people chose Diamond anyway.

I'm very happy with Pearl so far, and I'm not even very far into the game yet. ^^

I got Diamond because it was first*. After my Diamond was stolen, I decided to get Pearl because I could catch Bagon in it.

my friend tried to get diamond, but the same thing happend lol. He went to target and they ran out of diamond. so he went with pokemon.

I would get diamond. Because you can catch Sycther in diamond. In pearl you get pinsir.
