Sephiroth has wings growing out of his butt, he's not a good example.
 
And I suppose if one is born without wings (s)he's classified as disabled?

And more on accidents, we'll have aero-accidents

It's not discrimination at all, but discriminatory problems will erupt such as a certain group of people not being able to fly, etc. :x
 
Sorry, but I wouldn't use my wing to fly anyway. That's why Boeing exists.
