[PG-13]Pokemon Transformation

Status
Not open for further replies.
Name: Noka Vitorian
Age: 16
Gender: Female

Personality: If you ever met Noka, you'd never know what words to use as you describe her personality. She is very reserved on the first meeting and will hardly speak a word. It's only because she is afraid of what to say and becomes shy if she feels she has spoken something wrong. At other times, she is very dark and negative when not in the mood. Noka is only that way around people she doesn't like much though.

But if you get to know her, you'll be breaking Noka's door lock open and seeing her true colors. In true prospective, she is a warm-hearted, caring, and creative girl who likes to spend time with others. It is definitely a two-faced kind of thing almost. Be careful though, you wouldn't want to get Noka angry, she is quite scary when she is...

Appearance: A very plain look girl is you saw her from far away. Close-up, she is quite cute to some! Her nice blonde hair grows down to her bust line, although the ends seem frazzled and dead sometimes. But the nice color and soft look makes you want to reach out and touch it. Next her face. Her skin is very pale and has blemishes, considerably with all the time she spends inside. Her eyes are usually half-closed from fatigue or if she bored, sometimes you'll see obvious dark circles under them.

Her body type is quite normal as well, not wide nor skinny. 5'5", she is quite embarrassed of her height. If you were notice though if you ever caught her in a swimsuit, that her hips are misaligned. Her left one sticks out while her right is sunk in. Noka has a physical condition called scoliosis where the spinal cord is bent/twisted, the hips and ribs slightly following it. It wasn't as severe as before since Noka has had surgery on her back.

You would see Noka only wearing something casual and plain. Maybe a tank top and jean capris. But it were a cold day, she would definitely be wearing a long sleeve shirt under a t-shirt.

History: If you were ask some kids at her old schools, they would answer with a 'Who's that?' Noka wasn't very noticeable nor was she great with people at all. For some people would meet and fade away quick as if they never met, Noka always had this problem. Sooner or later she had given up on putting an effort into making friends, always guessing they would end up using her or not liking her in the first place.

Because of her back surgery, Noka had to take online classes at home. That's when the thought came to mind, why couldn't she just take classes at home where she couldn't be judged by people other than her mother and two older brothers? After persuading her mom, she began to be homeschooled on the computer. She found herself getting much more knowledge this way. Yet... it was so lonely and boring, it only made Noka's life even more isolating.

She was the happiest person alive when people online wanted to be her friend, never believing such a thing would happen. Although she still can't shake off that deep depression that's called loneliness...

Pokemon You Want To Be: Snorunt
RP Sample: Sometimes Birthdays Stink - From my rp forum
Spoiler:

I'll see if I can get a sign up prepared, not going to "reserve" a spot as such however.

@Nokatan: Accepted. It is really good, and your RP skills look great, but the personality could have more stuff in it. Adding more stuff is optional, but recommended.

@Crimson Arcanine: I won't count you as reserved, but you have to get your SU in soon, otherwise I'll have to start without you. Nothing personal, but people might be getting impatient. This goes for King900000 as well. Both of you are excluded from the next line:

Signups are closed (for now).

Edit: I will start the RP either in 5 days or when both Crimson Arcanine and King900000 have posted their SU. Which ever comes first. This means that whoever hasn't got their SU's in yet will be excluded from this RP in 5 days.

OOC: Well, I've waited for 5 days, and the people who I've saved spots for seem to have lost interest in this thread. If either of you still want to join, just PM me and I'll work you into the story somehow. And without further ado, let's begin!

BOOOOOOM!!!

Jake woke up with a start. He couldn't see anything, but he felt he was surrounded by rough wooden planks. His first guess was that he was in a crate of some kind, but he couldn't be sure. He could hear people yelling outside, but couldn't tell exactly what they were saying. He thought back to how this all began...

"Jake, there's a package here for you!"

Jake groaned. He hated being woken up, but the thought of something to do in the package made him decide to get out of bed. He tried to get up on his broken arm, and immediately winced. Even after 2 and a half weeks, his arm still hurt like the day he broke it, when he put pressure on it anyways.

"Jake, hurry up!"

"Coming, coming." Jake slowly walked down the stairs, going as fast as he could while trying not to damage his body further. When he got downstairs, he took the package from his mother before she could say a word, and yelled as he quickly walked up the stairs, "Thanks mom!"

When he got back to his room, he speedily ripped the package open. Inside, there was a letter and a black box with one edge jutting out. He opened the letter and read it to himself;

Is your life bland? Do you yearn for adventure? Do you wish that you could have powers beyond belief? All you need is our new device, the H.T.P.! It will give you an amazing adventure that will be guaranteed to astound you. This is completely free, with no strings attached! All you have to do is follow the included instruction sheet, and your adventure will begin!

Jake read this thrice over, checking to see if there was any fine print or such. When there appeared to be none, he looked at the instruction sheet. It was simple enough. All it said was to open the box, and the rest would explain itself. But when he opened the box, he had no idea what trouble he would get into...

Another boom of thunder snapped Jake out of his thoughts, and made him focus on the present. I guess that my first priority is getting out of this crate, He thought. Jake rammed the edge of the crate, and heard a ripping noise. It seemed that there was a cord holding the crate to the ship (at least he assumed it was a ship because of the rocking motion) and he was breaking it. He rammed the side of the crate again, and heard more ripping noise. This time it was louder, and finally he heard a snap. Jake felt the crate start to slide, and then it started to fall. Then everything went black again...

When Jake woke up for the second time, he saw that there was a hole in the side of the crate. He tried to poke his head through, but for some reason it wouldn't fit. He pried the crate's sides open with his hands, and got out into the daylight. Jake felt a splinter in his hand, and made a small yelp of pain.

Jake looked at his hand to examine the splinter, but the hand didn't look like his own. In fact, it didn't look like any human hand he had ever seen. He ran over to the water to see what was wrong with his hand, and made a small yelp of surprise. He wasn't a human! He looked for a few moments, and then recognized the reflection as a Cyndaquil, one of the few pokemon that he knew. Now that he thought about it, his body did feel different. For one, his arm and ribs weren't broken any more. Another thing was that he could see his huge... snout (how had he missed that earlier?).

Well, maybe this is just a dream, Jake thought, Yeah, just a dream, and soon I'll wake up back into my boring old life. May as well make the most of this, I guess...

So Jake started to walk along the beach, thinking of the possibilities that awaited him in this strange dream.

"Yo Chris ! Hurry up! We got, like, five minutes until we have to be at practice!" His friend, Austin yelled from the car. Chris ran to the house, fumbling with the keys before for a moment. Finally he unlocked the door slamming it open and rushing into the house. Austin quickly honked the horn twice.

"Dude! Give me a second."Chris yelled running into the house. "I just got to-" Chris' words were cut off as he tripped over a box in the middle of the floor. Wincing in pain and getting up, he turned around to see a small brown package sitting in the middle of the floor. Upon closer inspection, he saw that the package was addressed to him. Groaning, he looked for what had just tripped him. Next to the package lay a note.

Suddenly, Austin honked the horn again in a "I'm going to leave you in 30 seconds if you don't get your ass in here" manner. Ignoring him, Chris slowly got up, then reaching down and picking the note up. For some strange reason he read it aloud.

Is your life bland?

On sheet were directions telling the reader all he/she had to do was open the box. Chris glanced back outside the door, to see Austin yelling at him from the car. Rolling his eyes, Chris picked up the package, and walked up the stairs and into his room. Once there and out of the sight of his worried friend, he inspected the box, finding that where he accidentally kicked it, he tore a hole in the side. Quickly, he tore open the hole and reached inside, pulling out a small black box from the rubble. Turning it in his hands, he saw the device was unmarked, and had a single edge jutting out. Figuring that's where you open the device, Chris carefully pried it open with his fingers and peeked inside the small opening"top" of the box. The last thing he remembered was a bright light and falling to the floor.

------------------------------------------
BOOM!

Chris wearily looked up at the noise, trying to figure out the source. His head throbbed and his vision blurred and focused back in as he looked around with bleary vision. Even with unfocused eyes, Chris could tell that he was in some sort of wooden crate. He could hear the sounds of waves and rain splashing against the wood. The sound of thunder filled the air and panicked voices yelled outside the box. Chris attempted to lift himself up intent on finding out what was happening, but fell back onto the ground. Exhausted, he looked back up, and his vision once again began to fade. Suddenly Chris heard something snap outside the box. As he began a free fall, everything went black.

------------------------------------------------------

Waves touched a body lying on the shore, eyes closed and not moving. Pieces of a shattered crate washed up beside him, surrounding and hitting the lifeless figure. Suddenly, life flowed back into the body. Slowly, the figure turned over, potently coughing up what seemed like an ocean of water.

Chris blearily looked around, panting from the entire experience. His vision finally focused in as he lifted himself onto his legs. He wobbled for a moment, almost falling onto his back, but regained his balance. Dispelling this as a side-effect, he looked around. For the first time, he noticed a yellow object blocking the bottom of his view. Intrigued, Chris slowly reached up his hand and touched the object, only to find that he felt something when he did, as if someone had touched his nose. In a panic, he also realized the "hand" he had touched it with was a paw covered in yellow fur. In disbelief and somewhat of a panic, he stumbled back, falling backwards. Suddenly a sharp pain ran up his spine from his tail bone. He quickly spun around, and his eyes widened with what he saw. Coming out of his tailbone was a yellow and brown lightning shaped tail. Quickly and in a panic, Chris got up and stumbled to the edge of the water. What he saw confirmed his suspicions.

Chris screamed as loud as his body could let him. A scream that could've shook the planet and caused an earthquake. The reflection in the water was that of a Pikachu. Chris didn't know much about Pokemon, but whoever couldn't tell what a Pikachu, the "mascot" of the Pokemon franchise, looked like then they had to have lived under a rock. The reflection he saw in the water was the exact same thing, Lightning shaped tail, yellow muzzle, paws, it all fit. He staggered back, his mouth gaped open.

"This can't be real..." Chris muttered to himself, trying to calm himself down. "Pokemon don't exist… I can't be a Pikachu… It's got to be a dream…" But he fell silent as all he heard was "Pika pi... Pikachu pika… Pika pika… Pi chu pika…"

Somewhere in the back of his mind, Chris realized it couldn't be a dream. The pain he felt from earlier when he fell, the touch on the muzzle in front of his face, and when his almost drowned, no dream could mirror that.

He again reached up and touched the small yellow muzzle in front of his face. He felt a light touch, again confirming that it was his. He could feel his now long ears twitch as a gust of wind blew down the beach, The wind blew through his fur, Chris had to admit, it felt nice, and he closed his eyes as the cool wind passed. Smells flooded into his mind. His wet fur, the beach, thousands of old smells and even ones he hadn't smelled before. It was almost overpowering.

Suddenly realizing what he was doing, he shook it off, hating himself for straying from the matter at hand. For the first time, Chris looked around his surroundings.

A beach stretched for miles in both directions. There must be someone that could help him here. Chris began walking down the beach, looking for anyone, or anything, that could explain to him anything about what was going on.

Vivian's eyes fluttered open, and she released a small noise of discontent. What had happened? The last thing she knew, she'd been trying to open that package that had arrived at her home. She couldn't exactly place what had been wrong with it, nor could she remember exactly what had happened when she'd managed to open it. There had simply been the tab that she'd managed to pull, and then there had been darkness. And now she was shrouded in darkness, with the faint sound of water in the distance.

"Mm..." she murmured, trying to see just where she was. However, as she had already assumed, there wasn't a whole lot of light, here, which led to the fact that there was nothing that she could see. Everything was covered by the shadows that blotted out the light, both natural and artificial. Quiet as she always was, she didn't try to speak to herself to try and talk herself through her thoughts. All she could do was sit and watch the shadows, and try to come up with something to do.

<Well...I can't just sit here...> she thought after a moment or two in the darkness, as if waiting for someone to come and rescue her. Just then, she heard what sounded like a thumping noise, but a short distance away. It wasn't knocking on the container that she was in, that was for sure. She waited, listening, and once more the sound came, just as it had before. She opened her mouth, as if to speak, but then closed it again, not even sure if what was out there was helpful.

Another few seconds passed, and then the thud came again, followed by a splash further below her, as far as her muted senses could tell. That meant that they were high above...whatever was down there. Water, most likely. A ship, perhaps? Closing her eyes, letting her other senses get a boost. Then again, the darkness wasn't really causing her eyes that much of a strain. However, soon she began to feel the rocking of the boat, and realized that was indeed where she was.

Trying to move, she tripped over something and slipped, her head slamming forward and crashing against the wooden wall. Her consciousness swam for a moment, and as Vivi tried to get a handle on it, it continued to get worse, and it wasn't too much longer afterwards when she finally passed out, the darkness around her somehow more...dark.

--------

Vivian awoke with a sharp intake of breath, and looked around. Still, there was naught but inky blackness around her. "H-hello?" she asked, only...the words she heard were 'Ralts.' She paused, thinking that, perhaps, her muddled mind had disorganized the words. "Um..." 'Alts' She frowned. What in the world was going on?

((Short first post before work! ))

"Hurrhhuunmmuh?" was what came out of Louis' mouth.
Louis was a bit disconcerted; he had never remembered his bed to be this hard and uncomfortable. He looked around. He saw brown wooden walls. That was normal, his bedroom was that color. But why was his room so small? And why was his room moving? And what was that annoying, soft crashing sound?
"Hey, wait a sec!" Something was definitely wrong. His location all of a sudden was far less clear to him than he had originally thought. I looked like he was inside some sort of box, which he figured wasn't a very good thing. He remembered a black box.
"Hmm. Always new you shouldn't trust strange black boxes you get in the mail unexpectedly." Louis said sarcastically.
He rubbed his brow, trying to clear his head. What could be the possible causes for the other abnormalities he had discovered with his "room"?
"The movement… I'm probably on either in a wobbly car, a plane in bad turbulence, or a boat in a bad storm."
He went over each of these solutions over and over again in his head, and they all sounded reasonable to him, so he went on to the next question.
"That sound kind of reminds me of the beach… only it's freezing in here! Beach… beach means water, and water means boat." he reasoned.
The wheels started turning in his head, and soon he thought he had worked everything out.
"If water means boat, then I'm on a boat. I've already figured out that I'm in some dingy crate and that sound must be the waves slapping the boat."
Ok, he had figured out where he was. But why in the world was he in a crate on a boat? His thoughts returned to the black box he'd received in the mail.
"Maybe this is just an elaborate practical joke. That box had an advanced hologram."
He tried sticking his hand through the wall just to test this theory. Nothing. He chuckled to himself he knew that idea had been ridiculous, but what are you supposed to think when you wake up in a box, instead of your living room, or bed?
"Maybe…"
WHAM!
His thoughts were interrupted abruptly when the movements of the box went from the mostly gentle rocking of a boat to the crashing and chaos of an avalanche.
"Man why couldn't this have happened on a school day?! Unless of course this is a school day." he shouted, unsure of how long he had been out.
The box violently shook and slammed into a wall. Louis could feel the box flipping over, and tumbling off the ship. But he didn't get to experience this thrill ride of doom much longer, because the harsh movements of the box had caused a rather intense blow to the head against the wall of the box. His world went dark.

(Kind of short, sorry, but I have to get to bed.)

(OOC: Sorry guys. My computer got a virus and Norton took about 5 years (about!) to get rid of it (DAMN YOU NORTON!))

Another cool ocean breeze blew through Chris' fur as he trudged along the edge of the beach. Although he was getting use to his new body, he could still tell it wasn't his. Perhaps he never would, but from his new ears to his new tail to his fur, it all just felt so foreign. He stopped for a moment looking to the sky. <Why me?> He had to ask, watching the clouds fly by. <Why was it that I was taken away from everything I ever knew and everything I ever accomplished…?> Chris had no idea how long he was out. Months could've passed without him knowing. Austin could still outside his house, waiting for him to run out the door. His friends could be wondering why he wasn't at practice or school. His family maybe were wondering where he was. …

Chris grabbed his head in his paws, looking down at the sand. <Why…?> He had to calm down. Panicking and worrying would not help anything. He inhaled a deep breath through his noise. The overpowering smell of the beach, the sand, the ocean, his drying fur, all of the smells filled his mind. It truly calmed him down a bit, giving him a moment to think. Suddenly, the recesses of his mind indentified another smell, something that smelled like a mix between burnt and wet fur. Ignoring the fact that he could identify the smell, Chris took his paws off of his head and instinctively put his nose in the air. Unbeknownst to him, the fur between his head stood up from where he had his paws. Again, hating himself for acting like this, he shook it off, and looked down the beach.

Further down the beach was a figure, trudging down the beach almost exactly as Chris was moments ago. With a newfound energy, Chris put a paw up into the air and yelled out in a desperate attempt to get his/her attention. "Hey!"

However, if the figure had heard Chris, he didn't show it, and continued to trudge along the shore. Fearing that he was going to miss a chance to find out what in the hell happened, Chris jumped onto all fours and began to run at the figure. Surprised at how normal it felt, Chris sped on at the figure, skidding to a stop about a foot in front of him. It was incredible! He could never have dreamed he could run that fast. Slowly he pushed himself back up onto his legs (now his back legs he guessed) and examined the figure. It had to be another Pokémon, Chris guessed, as he had never seen anything like it before. Chris stood a little bit taller than the creature. It had a long snout, short legs and arms, yellow under-body and dark green over-body, and small squinty eyes. On his underbelly was a dark-yellow splotch that looked like the letter M. The creature looked at Chris puzzlingly.

With a slight embarrassment, Chris realized that he was naked except for his new fur. Trying to ignore it and playing it off, he tried to ask the creature something. "Hey… Er." Chris started, before letting out a sigh, not really sure on how to continue. "Look, I know this may sound weird, and that you have no idea who I am. But… Do you know where we are?"

As Jake wandered along the beach, he sighed. What the heck is going on here? He wondered. Maybe this isn't a dream, and it's some kind of alternate dimension! No, that's just stupid. It's probably just a really, really, REALLY strange dream. So if it's just a dream, why did I feel pain? Man, this is the most confusing dream I've ever been in. Jeez, I've got to stop over-thinking things. I mean, how is any of this possible? It isn't. That's the answer, at least I think it is... Hey, what's that over there?

Jake saw a yellow shape coming towards him. It appeared to be around the same size as him, and didn't look to be slowing down. Jake just stared at it, and waited for it to come. Maybe it can give me an idea of what's going on. He thought, and then realized that the blur that was darting towards him had stopped, about a foot away from him.

Jake recognized that the yellow shape was a pikachu (who hasn't seen the mascot of pokemon?) but noticed that there were a few differences between the mascot and the one in front of him now. For one, the eyes were blue instead of the regular brown. The top of his head also had ruffled hair instead of being flat. However, the thing that suprised Jake most was when it talked;

"Hey… Er." The pikachu sighed, and Jake just stared. At this point, there was very little in the dream that could suprise Jake. "Look, I know this may sound weird, and that you have no idea who I am. But… Do you know where we are?"

"Well, I have about as much of an idea as you do. All I know is that this is a dream, and this is all a figment of my imaginaiton. I mean, how can a pikachu talk? I must be going crazy hahaha... ha... ha... ha... Wait, what if this isn't a dream? I wonder if..."

Jake began mumbling to himself, questioning if it truly was a dream. Out of all the possible outcomes, a dream seemed the most likely. But now that he thought about it, how could he feel pain in a dream? But if it wasn't a dream, what was it?

((OOC: I would like to remind everyone that we have an OOC thread now, so feel free to post in it.))

"Thank god school is finally over" Brook mumbled as she shuffled into the house, dripping wet. It was raining cat's and dogs outside and it was cold "Ugh.. maybe I should've worn more than my hoodie" she said pulling off the soaking wet jacket and tossing it on the floor, along with her messenger bag "I'm home!" she called out, glancing around the living room briefly before yawning and scratching her shirt covered stomach "Ahh I'm hungry..." Brooklyn shuffled through the living room and made a bee line for the Kitchen, tossing open the cabinets and the fridge, searching for something to munch on, but her searching proved futile "I don't want leftovers and I don't feel like cooking and I don't feel like walking to Papi's"

She frowned and left the kitchen, entering their living room and flopping boredly onto the couch "Ohh why don't we have any cookies or something? Maybe I could order some Chinese... Teriyaki maybe? Mmm I haven't had Teriyaki in a minute" Brook smiled at the thought of Teriyaki "Yeah, I think I'll call Twin Dragon's and order me a platter" Brooklyn sat up and got off the couch, intending to walk towards the phone, but she stubbed her toe against the box lying haphazardly in the middle of the room "Ow! The fu--" she blinked at the package "Where did this come from and how did I miss it if it were sitting in the middle of the floor all this time"

"If it were a snake, it would've bit you"

A common response from her mom, who always tell's Brook to look for things and stop being so damn oblivious, but she seems to heed these words very often "Huh... It's addressed to me?" Brook inspected the box and wondered what was inside it "Could it be that Akabane plushy I ordered! Or maybe that Mr. Mew doll I sent for" she exclaimed ripping open the box and dumping its contents on the floor. A letter and an even smaller box dropped out, curious Brook picked up the letter and began to read.

Is your life bland? Do you yearn for adventure? Do you wish that you could have powers beyond belief? All you need is our new device, the H.T.P. It will give you an amazing adventure that will be guaranteed to astound you. This is completely free, with no strings attached! All you have to do is follow the included instruction sheet, and your adventure will begin!

"H.T.P?" she mumbled aloud scanning the letter again "Sounds like something from those stupid ad's on TV" she blinked at the slip of paper and glanced at the box lying on the floor before picking it up, it was so light and hardly felt like anything was inside "Powers beyond belief" she snorted as she looked at the letter "This is real life, not a cartoon or a story or somethin, stuff like this don't happen" Brook tossed the box across the room and huffed "I don't need an adventure, nor do I need some cruddy powers to feel special, I'm perfectly fine just the way I am"

"..."

Brook stared at the innocent box she had tossed across the room, her curiosity getting the best of her as she walked over and picked it up again. "I guess... I guess I could take a tiny peak, I mean whatever it is, it can't be that bad..." she trailed off while picking at the flap before taking a deep breath and ripping it open and peering inside "It's... Its empty?" That was the last thing she said before the room began to spin and her world went black.

When Brook came too, everything was pitch black "Ugh... who turned out the lights" she groaned sitting up and placing a hand to her forehead "Why the hell is it so dark? Maybe lightning flash and outed our power of something, whatev--ow!" that ow was from Brook, who stood up and promptly banged her head against... the roof? Brook raised a brow and placed her hands on this 'roof' and she was surprised to feel wood beneath her fingers, blinking she felt the area around her and surmised she was stuck in a square crate?

"Why in the seven hells am I in a crate?" sighing, she placed her hands on the top of the crate and lifted the top off, causing it to fall... in the sand? "I'm on a beach!?" she mumbled glancing around the seemingly empty cove "how the heck did I get on a beach" very confused, Brook placed her hands on the crate and moved to lift herself out of it, but she noticed that her hands were hands, but they were paws! Brook yelped and stumbled out the crate, she wound up falling face first, with the tip of a blue paint brush like tail slapping her in the face.

"W-Wah!!"

Brooklyn scrambled to her feet? paws? whatever they were and she quickly ran/stumbled over to the water and peered into it. Brook noticed her skin, no fur, was an unusual white and brown, she had brown dog like ears, and an artist beret-like hat? head? There were two pairs of rings on both her arms and a brown collar around her neck. Brook guessed she resembled a beagle, and the tail... it was long and had a tip like a paint brush, which was oozing with blue paint at the moment. Brooklyn blinked and stared at her reflection in the water, before she tossed her head back and shouted loudly "What the heck am I!?"

(OOC: Short and sweet.... and the font messed up again :\)

The other Pokémon stared at him for a moment before responding. "Well, I have about as much of an idea as you do. All I know is that this is a dream, and this is all a figment of my imagination. I mean, how can a Pikachu talk?" Chris was halfway about to question what the creature meant by a dream and halfway about to hit him for calling him a "Pikachu". Is that what he was now? An Animal (in the literal sense)? He was about to shout out against the words when the Pokémon cut him off. "I must be going crazy hahaha... ha... ha... ha... Wait, what if this isn't a dream? I wonder if..." Then the Pokémon stopped talking to Chris, and began mumbling to himself.

Chris took a step back, unsure of what to say. He was a bit uneasy and concerned by the Pokémon's confusion and his sudden disturbed laugh.

"A dream?..." Chris mumbled to himself, considering the Pokémon's thought. Now that he thought about it, he had taken the whole turning-into-a-Pikachu thing pretty well. Like he had initially played it off as a dream. <Maybe it is a dream.>he thought to himself somewhat sheepishly. Then again, the pain he had felt, and the feeling of drowning was as real as could be. <No, it couldn't be a dream, it's all to real> he decided. But the Pokémon… The Pokémon seemed just as confused as he was when he first awoke. Chris glanced over at the mumbling Pokémon. <Maybe…>

Chris took a deep breath. <Well, here goes to looking insane.> He turned to the Pokémon, and let out his breath. "Look. I know this… uh… well everything so far is weird and confusing… but I am a human. H- U- M- A- N-, as in opposable thumbs, computers, sports, and television. And, I'm sorry to be the one to break this to you, and as much as I really hate to believe it, but I don't think any of this…" He said, pointing to everything around him with his new paws, "…Is a dream!' Chris stood there, unsure whether the creature would regard him as insane or crazy, and awaited a response.

After that little outburst, Brooklyn took three deep calming breaths and exhaled "Okay. I'm Calm and I'm a dog?" she clutched her head and let out a frustrated squeal "oh who the heck am I kidding! I'm not calm! I'm a dog! I'm on a beach and I have paint oozing out of my butt. What kind of crazy warped bizarro world have I been transported to!" Brook was flipping out, she was nervous and confused, so she did the only plausible thing to do in a situation like this. She paced. She walked back and forth for a few minutes before she stopped, realizing she was making a slight trench in the sand "Oh sweet Jesus, what in the world is going on. Am I dreaming? I can't be dreaming, cause if I was dreaming, I would've woken up by now..."

"Right?"

She mumbled to herself before laughing nervously and glancing around, she realized... that she was on a beach, or cove of sorts and aside from herself, she wasn't too sure if it were really empty "Maybe... Maybe there's someone else here or some other creatures like me" Brooklyn nodded to herself and began trekking across the area, following the water, in search for another form of life "Huh that's weird" she mumbled after a bit of walking "If I'm a dog, why am I walking on two feet rather than four..." she stopped walking and sat down on her haunches, much like she saw most animals do "I guess I should figure out how this body works before I go find more uhh creatures"

Shifting most of her weight to her legs, Brook sat up and studied her paws, she flexed them a few times "Okay, so I'm guessing my fingers work like normal human fingers" she giggled a bit "And I have opposable thumbs" Brook then glanced at her tail, which lied limply dripping by her side "It's like a paintbrush..." she picked up her tail with one hand and began scribbling in the dirt, watching in childish awe as she scribbled random lines, squiggles, and swirls, painting the floor blue "Woah, that's so cool... I can like mark stuff" she dropped her tail and then tried to concentrate and make it move on its own, but she only felt it twitch slightly, which caused her spine to tingle.

"Ohh having a tail feels weird" she shuddered before trying again, this time she concentrated harder and the tail began to move! All on its own too, brushing light strokes across the floor "This is so cool" she squeaked grinning "Now that I've figured out how to work my tail, lets try walking on all fours!" Brook nodded to herself and placed her front paws on the ground before her and cautiously took one step forward, it didn't feel too hard, she walked around on all fours for a few minutes, leaving drips of paint from her tail trailing behind her "It's like I'm walking on two feet... but I'm not. Now lets try running!"

Brook crouched down where she stood and counted backwards from 5 before she took off in a sprint "Wow! Running on all fours is so much more funner than walking on two legs haha now I know why dogs are so fast, this feels great!" Brooklyn felt the wind running across her head, passing by her ears, it was such a rush, such a great experience "Haha this so much fun!" she shouted laughing as the beach passed her by, it wasn't until moments later, that she realized she ran half way across the beach and noticed a couple of figures up ahead "Are those people?" she wondered to herself, but upon getting closer, she realized they weren't.

Brooklyn also realized, she didn't know how to stop either "W-wait no stop!" common sense quickly kicked in a few seconds later and Brook halted, grounding her feet in the sand, though she didn't skid to a halt like she had hopped, instead after she stopped herself, she went tumbling to a halt face first, right in front of the two creatures, her tail slapping her in the face again "Ugh why does this feel so familiar" she groaned slowly sitting up and staring at the two strange creatures. One was a short, chubby, rodent, with short, yellow fur and brown stripes on its back along with black-tipped ears, and an unusually shaped tail, resembling a lightning bolt, its eyes were green and the fur on its head was slightly ruffled. The other creature, had a long snout, short legs and arms, yellow under-body and dark green over-body, and small squinty eyes. On his underbelly was a dark-yellow splotch that looked like the letter M. The first one Brook recognized instantly off the bat, I mean you'd have to live in the center of the earth not to realize what the hell a Pikachu was, but she had a feeling that it wasn't Ash's Pikachu.

Brooklyn then blinked at the Pikachu and then at the other creature and she slowly put two and two together "Oh my god... I think I'm a Pokemon!!"

Jake stared as the pikachu took a deep breath, obviously about to make a long speech. Here he goes, Jake thought.

"Look. I know this… uh… well everything so far is weird and confusing… but I am a human. H- U- M- A- N-, as in opposable thumbs, computers, sports, and television. And, I'm sorry to be the one to break this to you, and as much as I really hate to believe it, but I don't think any of this…" At this the pikachu pointed at everything around him with it's paw, "…Is a dream!"

Jake stared around. It certainly didn't look like a dream, but he still doubted that it was real. How could a pokemon talk? It just wasn't possible. But the pikachu was awfully convincing, and Jake began to doubt his own thoughts. Even if it was a dream...

"Well screw it all, the world has gone crazy. First I turn into a pokemon, then another pokemon convinces me that this isn't a dream. I can't belive that I am actually beliving this. I never should have opened that box..." Jake swore, realizing that it wasn't actually a dream. Suddenly, another pokemon (What else could it be? It definitly wasn't human...) came running towards them.

It stopped, analized Jake and the pikachu, and then blinked. "
Oh my god... I think I'm a pokemon!" It exclamed, just realizing the situation it was in.

"Well that's good for you." Jake said sarcastically, starting to get annoyed. He was tired of what was going on, and was starting to get hungry. He hadn't had anything since last nights dinner (Or at least he thought it was last night. He couldn't be sure how long he was unconscious.) and could almost hear his stomach growling. "Well, if you'll excuse me, I'm going to go look for some food before I starve to death." And with that, Jake stood up and left.

When Jake got into the forest, he stopped for a few seconds to examine his surroundings. It looked pretty average for a forest. Tall trees, grass, an occasional rock, etc. Jake noticed that there was a tree of berries a little ways in, and decided that they looked safe to eat. After he got to the tree, Jake tried climbing it, but his arms and legs were just to short. Why did I have to turn into a pokemon that can't climb trees? He thought, I guess I'll have to find another place to get food... Jake heard a buzzing up in the treetops. What's that noise? He wondered.

"Bzzzzzzz... Leave our young ones alone..."

Wait, what? "I was only trying to get berries!" Jake yelled up to the tree.

"Bzzzzzz... You lie... You wanted to come and capture our young, like all the others..."

"I told you, I just wanted some berries! Is that to much to ask!?" Jake couldn't believe he was talking to a tree. But what if it wasn't the tree talking, but something in the tree...

"Bzzzzzzz... We are fed up with your lies... You must perish!!!" And with that, a swarm of bee-like pokemon swarmed out of the trees. They looked like giant bees, but they had giant stingers on their front legs. All and all, they scared the hell out of Jake.

"AAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHH!!!" Jake screamed in fear as he ran back towards the beach. If the saying "safety in numbers" was true, he would have a better chance of surviving on the beach where the other human-pokemon were. At least one of them must know a way to get rid of these guys, Jake thought, And then I can get some food. Wait, why am I thinking of food at a time like this, when I should be run-GAH! He yelped in pain as one of the giant bees stung him. "HELP MEEE!!!" He yelled desperately, trying to get the attention of the other human-pokemon.

Louis woke up for the second time since opening the black box, and looked around. Behind him he saw the splintered remains of what he assumed was the crate he had been in. When he looked at the pieces from outside of the box, they didn't look like they would make a box large enough to fit him. This sparked his curiosity. He got up, and tried to reassemble the box's pieces. Nope, this couldn't have been his crate, too small. He shrugged this abnormality off, and decided since he was here, he may as well look around.

"Well, if there's any place to be mysteriously transported to via crate on a boat, I suppose a nice beach would be it."

Louis walked up to a tropical tree, and was surprised by the size of it. It was abnormally tall, as was the rock lying next to it.

"And..." Louis groaned, trying to keep his balance, "it's a little hard for me to stay upright."

Now while, walking on all fours didn't sound like a very comfortable endeavor, his back legs wouldn't allow for an alternative. It was then he made a startling discovery. When he set his front limbs down, he discovered they were no longer his human arms. They were blue, and looked more like fins! This startled Louis to no end. Calm, casual, indifferent Louis actually startled by something.

"What the… What in the flippen world is going on!?"

Louis staggered backward, nearly tripping over a log. But when he turned around to back away from the driftwood, he caught a glimpse of his reflection in a nearby puddle.

"Wha!!!" was all Louis managed to scream.

Louis was no longer Louis. Well he was, but not as he knew himself. He was a completely different species, and it was one he could barely recall. It was from that game some of his school friends had played. He'd heard them speculate about what would happen if their game was real. Pokémon they had called it. And Louis got to experience it first hand.

"Hmm. Well this is odd." True to form, Louis had managed to keep his head, and even his cool during an abnormally unexplainable situation. "Let's see, I'm a… Mudkip I think it was. With the blue head, tall fin, and orange spiky thingies on my cheeks. I gotta say, though, this is freaky."

Louis continued walking down the beach, muttering to himself about how odd this was, how he wished he'd at least tried a Pokémon game so he would know what was going on, and what the heck he could do now that he was a Mudkip. He figured he should get some cool powers out of this deal, if he had to stop being a human for a while. Louis looked up, just to see if there was anything interesting in the distance, maybe a Pokémon colony (or whatever a group of Pokémon was called), or a transporter beam that would take him back to earth, or at the very least make him human again.

"Hmm, no sign of either of those, but…" Louis' search was interrupted by the sight of two other figures in the distance, one red and black, and the other yellow. And they looked like they were in trouble.

"Well screw it all, the world has gone crazy. First I turn into a pokemon, then another pokemon convinces me that this isn't a dream. I can't believe that I am actually believing this. I never should have opened that box..." the Pokemon swore. Chris was just about to ask the Human-Pokemon about the "box" when all of a sudden, another creature came bounding at them. The creature looked rather Beagle like and had a blue tail, which looked like it was oozing liquid of some sort.

It stopped, right in front of them by falling face first into the sand. Chris choked back his laughter at the pitiful sight as the Beagle-ish Pokemon got up and analyzed Chris and the other creature. Suddenly, a fearful look filled the Beagle-ish Pokemon's face. "Oh my god... I think I'm a Pokemon!" It exclaimed, just realizing the situation it was in.

"Well that's good for you." the other Pokemon (human?) said sarcastically, obviously starting to get annoyed. "Well, if you'll excuse me," the creature said, turning and walking away."I'm going to go look for some food before I starve to death."

"Wait a sec!" Chris yelled after the human-Pokemon. "You really think it's a good idea to..."

But it was too late, the Pokemon/human left leaving Chris alone with the other creature and an awkward silence. Chris let out a sigh. "...and he's gone." He turned to the Beagle-Pokemon thing, who Chris had to guess was a human just like him and the other, based on her reaction. She still looked a bit fearful and teary eyed about what was happening, and Chris couldn't blame her. This whole thing was just to weird. 3 people turned into Pokemon for no reason? It first of all should be impossible, because Pokemon was a game, not a reality. And the chances of all three of them all being turned into Pokemon was all but impossible. But yet here it was.

A cool breeze blew across the beach, ruffling Chris' fur. Fur, paws, tail; Chris looked about his new body. <It's all part of me now,> he realized causing his new ears to lower a bit. <But, I need to make the best of it. I need to find out what caused this and what to do.> Chris thought, giving himself an motivational speech, much like he did when he was messing up at soccer. He took a deep breath. First things first though, he needed everyone to calm down. <It's just like a soccer match, Chris.> he thought/talked to himself. <Focus and calm down, and it will all come together and you'll score... Or you can panic and lose.>

Chris approached the Beagle/Human, who was still staring at nothing in disbelief. "Hey. I'm Chris." Chris said, approaching the Pokemon. "Uh...I know this is tough for you... but we're all in the same boat here. At least I think so." he paused for a moment and considered his words. "But whatever happened, has happened for a reason, and right now, we just need to pull ourselves together and figure this out. As long as we stick together, we'll be OK and figure this out." As if on cue, the other Pokemon came running out of the woods, followed by an army what looked like giant bees, only these bees had giant stingers on their "arms" that looked like they could cut you into a million tiny pieces. "...Or stuff like that will happen." Chris finished, his pupils grew wide as the swarm came closer.

"AAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHH!!!" the previously human Pokemon screamed in fear as he ran towards the two. "HELP MEEE!!!" He yelled desperately, as one of the giant bee's stung him.

Chris really wasn't sure what he could do. Was he supposed to spring into action like some sort of superhero. Now, he knew Pokemon could do some crazy stuff, like firing giant laser beams out of their mouths, but he had been one for about an hour. But he had to do something. Suddenly, one of the bee-things stopped, and hovered in front of him.

"More of you!... Bzzzz" it yelled at Chris.

"What are you?-" But before Chris could finished asking, it dove at him, it's pincers glistening in front, aiming for Chris' heart.

For a moment, Chris was paralyzed with fear as the monster bee sped at him. He could see visions of the bee piercing his skin, and him slowly bleeding out, blood soaking his fur as the bees left him to die. A light flashed before his eyes, and Chris could see the end, killed in a Pikachu body by a monster bee. In a million years, Chris could never see this coming.

All of a sudden, everything began to slow down, and a burning/tickling sensation started to form on his cheeks. It felt as though he had stuck his finger in a electrical socket, only this was happening to his whole body, and that this actually felt good. The experience all happened in fast and slow motion for Chris. Electricity erupted from his cheeks, filling his whole body with an even stranger and more pleasurable sense than before. A narrow stream of electricity then flew from him, and hit the attacker square in the head, sending it careening into a dive-bomb. As the field of electricity died around him, Chris stood there in awe and dumbstruck of what had just occurred. Never in his life, would he forget what had just happened.

He shook his head, promising to save the event for later. Chris quickly looked around and saw the swarm had begun to surround the group. There were so many pincers surrounding them, he began to get dizzy. Well, since they were outnumbered and outmatched, there were only one option in Chris' mind. Quickly he dropped down on all fours, "Come on! Run!"

(OOC: If this is not Ok, PM me. I was a bit short on time at the end and wasn't sure how to end it. So yeeaa....)

Vivian let out a small sigh as she still lay stranded in the box. The darkness still surrounded her, leaving her blanketed in the shadows. What was she supposed to do now? It wasn't like there was anywhere she could go; the crate surrounded her. The girl put her head against her knees, which felt far softer than she remembered, and let out another sigh of desolation. "I just don't know what to do..." 'Ral-ralts. Alt-ral-alts.' And she still didn't know what the strange noise was every time she spoke. It was as if the language she spoke wasn't English, but she still understood it, regardless.

Suddenly, she paused, hearing talking outside. "Eh..?" she asked aloud, not certain if they could hear her too. Then again, from where she was, she couldn't quite hear what they were saying. All that she could hear was the fact that they were talking, but what words were being spoken she couldn't say for certain. It was then that she noticed her feet were wet.

Glancing down, despite the fact she couldn't see, she reached down, and felt a small pool of water at the bottom of the box. Reaching further, into the water, she found that one of the boards had broken off during...whatever had happened. She frowned, slightly, but found that her arm had quite a bit of room on either side, which meant that she could probably get out through this one hole.

She hesitated for only a half second, but then moved forward, slipping her feet through the hole, and then sliding her whole body out, into the chilly water. Holding her breath, she swam forward through the water, heading with the tide to make it to the beach. It was only a few seconds later when her feet hit the sand. Still, she pushed forward, rather than try to stop, making certain that she had crawled onto the sandy bank before she stopped.

Coughing, she stood, and glanced around. "I feel...short," she murmured, reaching a hand up to brush some hair from her face...when she saw her arm. "EEEEK!" she screamed, falling back onto her backside.

Jake fell over on the ground next to the other human-pokemon. He was exhausted from running and lack of food. Well, I guess this is how it ends. I'm turned into a pokemon, of all things, and now I'm getting chased by giant bees that our out to kill me. This is by far the weirdest day of my life. Possibly the last, too. Wait, what's that sound? Don't tell me it's more of them...

Jake heard another sound, only this time it sounded more like when you accidentally zap someone with static instead of the buzzing of the giant bees.

ZAP!

Jake looked up, to see one of the giant bees flung backwards, hit by a bolt of pure electricity. What was that? He wondered. That's when he realized it must have been the pikachu. Isn't that the one that shoots lightning all the time? Man, I really should have paid more attention to pokemon. Who knew it could be this helpful in life? Wait, if he can attack, maybe I can attack to! Jake got up, but began to feel woozy. What the hell is going on? I feel ready to puke, and I was fine a while ago. Maybe it was that sting. It could have been poisoned or something. Isn't that something that pokemon can do? I don't know, I never paid attention...

And with that, Jake collapsed.

Brooklyn finally snapped her jaw shut, after having it drop in sudden realization, that she was turned into a Pokemon, watching as the other boy walked off, leaving her and the Pikachu in a tense silence. A soft breeze blew by a couple minutes later, while they still sat there awkwardly "This silence is killing me... what the heck are we just sitting here for?" she wondered briefly before finding a means to entertain herself, by willing her tail to draw in the sand "My goodness I'm bored, when is something exciting going to happen?"

Perhaps she spoke too soon, because after Brooklyn, along with Chris, mumbled something a giant wasp/bee type thing came flying out of the foliage, chasing the other Pokemon that had ran off on them "AAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHH!!!" he screamed, running towards them "HELP MEEE!!!" He yelled desperately, as one of the giant bee's stung him. Brook began to sweat, she had no clue what the heck she could do "Maybe I could fling paint in their eyes or something" she thought hopelessly glancing at her limp tail.

"More of you!... Bzzzz"

Brook almost had a heart attack when the giant bug appeared before them... if it was one thing she did not like, it was bees... and spiders, they freaked her right the heck out and it didn't help that the thing was like really freakin huge... infact, Brook thinks that added to the fear factor and it caused her to stiffen and her eyes widened "Oh my sweet jesus" she whispered before the bee aimed its stingers at the Pikachu beside her, she was about to shout at him, to get away or something, but the Pikachu's cheeks began to spark wildly and right before her very eyes, a stream of electricity shot from him and flew at the giant bee, hitting it square in the forehead and send the bug spiraling towards the ground.

Brooklyn gaped for a few moments, before she opened her mouth to tell him how cool that was and ask him how he managed to pull off something like that, but there was no time for congratulations, as the rest of the bee swarm charged at them. Brooklyn felt her eyes go wide and she managed to utter a curse "Holy Sh--" Cut her off before she could finish however and got down on all fours before shouting at her to run and Brook nodded while she got on all fours as well and dashed away with the Pikachu "But wait... what about the other one" she asked worriedly, glancing around for the other boy briefly, before spotting him passed out on the ground.

"I see him! But... the bugs are surrounding him" she murmured eying the giant bee's carefully, as they buzzed angrily and waited for Brook to make her move, it was obvious that someone wouldn't come out this attack a happy camper and she just hoped it wasn't them "Maybe... maybe I can do an attack like that Pikachu too" she mumbled glaring at one of the big bugs that blocked her way to the boy "Go on and try it Smeargle... I dare you"

Brooklyn paused and blinked "Smeargle?" she repeated loudly "Is that what I am?" she asked more herself than the bee. In response the bee buzzed before aiming his stingers at her and Brooklyn almost had a heart attack when they began to glow an ominous purple and it charged at her. Brook squeaked and ran out of the way, causing the bee to miss and it was then when she felt it. It was a strange sensation prickling in the back of her head, a small nagging voice, telling her to use swipe at the bug with her tail, instinct took over and Brooklyn stood on her hind legs once the bee turned around to try and jab her again with its purple stingers, she managed to dodge it, but at the cost of getting hit in the arm and whatever she got stung with hurt like hell.

But Brooklyn wasn't worried about that at the moment, instead she jumped into the air right after the bee zoomed pass and grabbed onto her tail and painted a zig-zag mark on the bee, which covered its entire back briefly before dissolving. When Brook landed, she glanced at her hands, which were now glowing purple like the bee's was moments ago "Woah... I like... copied its attack or something... this is pretty wicked" she exclaimed, before thrusting out her paws quickly in a jabbing motion at the bee's back, causing it to cry out "That hurt! Bzzzzz!" Brooklyn ignored the bee and ran over to the other Pokemon and picked him up in her arms and ran after Pikachu, who was already halfway down the beach, while the rest of the swarm continued to chased after them "This is the exact reason why I hate bugs!"

Chris ran down the beach faster then he had ever ran in his entire life. Maybe it was the new Pikachu body, or maybe it was the fact that a swarm of giant killer mutant bees were chasing him. Either way, Chris sprinted as fast as he could. He looked over his shoulder, making sure the two others were still behind him.

"Sh*t!" Chris exclaimed, quickly skidding to a stop. The Beagle/Pokemon/human was about 50yds behind him, holding the other unconscious Pokemon/human while awkwardly running down the beach. The swarm still flew behind them, catching up to the two rapidly.
To be honest, Chris had thought they were right behind him. Bringing up all of his courage, he ran back at the two pokemon/human, then running past them and at the swarm, and finally coming to a stop right in front of it. "Go!" he yelled at the Pokemon/human. The least he could do was hold them off for a bit...

"Alright," Chris said to himself as he surveyed the swarm. "Focus, and see if you can do it again..." He focused on one of the bees hovering in front of him, trying to re-create the same feeling from earlier. Suddenly, one of the bees attacked from the side, slamming into Chris full force and sending him tumbling across the sand. He quickly got back up on all fours. As he did, the same energetic feeling from earlier built up inside of him. Sparks flashed across his cheeks and the feeling from earlier returned. In another flash of electricity, one of the giant bee-things fell. "It would help if I could figure out how to do that on command," he sighed, as the bee-monster hit the sandy ground with a resounding 'thud'.

Another giant bee swooped over Chris head, to which Chris responded with a low growl, resonating from the bottom of his throat. Somewhat scared and surprised by his sudden behavior, Chris decided this would be a good time, again, to flee. He quickly turned and sprinted away from the swarm, not looking back, and rapidly caught up to the Beagle/human.

"Just keep running!"Chris yelled as he ran at the same pace as the Beagle/Pokemon, resisting the urge to run past them.

(OOC: Bored and thought I should post :))

Louis watched as the three Pokémon were visciously attacked. He couldn't pick up on any of their conversation, he was too far away. He figured since he was a Pokémon like them now, he was obliged to help them, but he wasn't entirely sure what he should do.
He started dashing towards the group, and as he drew closer, he heard faint cries of 'Run!' and something about hating bugs that he couldn't quite make out. He didn't really know what he would do if and when he caught up to the group; after all, why would he fare any better against the large bee-like creatures?

"Oh well, I gotta try something!"

He continued running, still with no plan, or even a vague idea of what he was getting himself into.

"Hey you guys!" Louis shouted, hoping to make ear-contact.

Louis stopped to catch his breath, he wasn't use to having two extra feet to keep moving. It wasn't he was tired, it was more he was sore, because he wasn't running right.

"I'll figure it out soon, I hope."

Louis used this rest as an opportunity to try and get the other Pokémon's attentions.
"Hey! Over here!" The Pokémon continued their bout against the 'Bee Creatures From Pokémon Land' or whatever.

Louis coordinated his legs as best he could, then continued running towards the group. It was then he noticed that they weren't just fighting the bees, they were running toward him as they did it! This kind of freaked Louis out. By this time, he had been running top speed, and now he wasn't sure if he could turn around fast enough, or even slow down. The soft sand didn't offer much traction to his fin-like feet.

"Woah there!" Louis shouted as he started to slide.

He leaned sharply left, and started kicking up sand in an attempt to run the other way. By the time he had gotten any speed, he was sure the other Pokémon, distracted as they were, had seen him by now. Louis was now running practically side by side with these other Pokémon, and, with a lack of a better thing to say screamed, "Hi! I'm Louis!"
