Can I have a celebi card?

Hp: 70
Type: Grass (I know celebi is psychic grass but I want a pure grass one)
Weaknesess: Fire
Resistances: Water and Grass
Pokebody: Voice of the forest (when celebi is in the game all grass type pokemon gain 20 extra hp)
Attack: Nature's wrath (requires 3 grass energys does 40 damage and flip a coin three times if all three of them are heads remove one energy card attached to the defending pokemon)

EDIT: Right now, SheezyArt (the place where I get the pictures) is shutdown for server maintnence, so here are the last requests for a little while. Also, I have though of a new rule for Plushy Pok?mon: Opponent's attacks are reduced by 30.
