Photoshop Problem

    When I enlarge a Pokémon Overworld Sprite, it gets really fuzzy. How do I stop this and make it normal?
     
    Doesn't Photoshop have a smart resize function like Paintshop Pro?
    Though even with Smart resizing it still doesn't look perfect.

    Photoshop uses resampling rather than resizing by default. Rather than use the Move/Scale tool to resize your sprite, go to Image > Resize > Image Size..., enter your dimensions there and untick the "Resample Image" box.
