physical sweeper Q

I have a comment on Dugtrio. Why a jolly nature instead of adamant? Dugtrio already has ludicrous speed (space balls!) but average attack. Can it really do any damage with a non-stab rockslide/sludge bomb and with jolly nature?
 
Without the extra speed, it'd be owned by any speed sweeper (You see a LOT of Timid Azams, and you notice the standards for Jolt, Cro and Aero are all +speed instead), so it needs the Jolly just to keep up. Its Choice banded attack should generally suffice, since most of the time the 10% in attack won't be nearly as useful as 1 extra point in speed over your opponent.

And with Dugtrio weak defensively as it is, it needs to kill or be killed. And slow Dugtrios are always the latter.
 
Physical Sweeper? I think Dragonite is one of the best out there for that job.

Thunder Wave/Dragon Dance

Good idea to get some Sp.Def to survive Ice attacks.

i only have access to FrLg pokemon atm so please just the FrLg pokemon not Ruby and Saphire.
