I think I do, but I'm not sure. I like spriting, but my sprites suck. *sighs* What should I do?
 
I'd keep it open, because then you can use the requests to practice. One day you'll be better than me. :P

I'm sure you'll get better if you just put some more effort into them ^_^ Can I have a cradily (duh)/Articuno fusion? And like zephyrplusle said, keep the shading and outline in mind.

Okay, I'll work on it. Thanks for doing a simple one. I never remember the shadings/outlines, which is probably why my sprites never turn out too good. >_>

that's better!!! try to add a lighter shading on the top, that will help! and make the outlines a darker color of the main color
