Sorry I'm the one that got it wrong. I thought I read electrizer in the offered items on your first post but I just checked and saw it was in the 'wanted' part. I can't offer you whant I don't have, so that would just be Raikou for Shiny Tentacruel, no held items, if you are still interested.

EDIT: I'm off to bed. We can trade tomorrow if you are interested.
