I like Hey You Pikachu best cause as fun as Pokemon Channel is you can't talk to Pikachu with your own voice.

Why is Pikachu absolutely sh$t in the games?

Pikachu has always been the main Pokemon character from the series. However it is completely sh%t in all the games, why is it like this?
