haha, oh man, would be so good with a good spa IV. thanks for taking the time anyway (i have a 10 aniv with a 2 in speed :()
 
If you want I can look and see if any of my other Raikous have a good speed IV.

would be cool, yeah. i've been on a big lookout for a non hacked decent nature/iv one, doesn't seem to exist
