Oh man...;-; That is bad. I hope the chip doesn't cost a lot to replace it. Hmm...so when you turn on your computer...does it come on, then all of sudden turns off?

I get no signal to the screen but I know they work cus we checked the laptop on them, well the chips cost about hallf as much as a motherboard does

Yeah they cist around ?40 whereas a Motherboard would be ?80
