Im not that great with rating, but ill tell ya what i think. I agree w/ JKaizer, the pikachu does look outta place, and in the ex cards, there's a space between 70 and HP. Besides that, it looks great!

The Pikachu is out of place and in the second attack the word "attack" should not be hyphenated. You should take out the hyphen and make it one word and move it to the next line if you don't have space on the first line. 7/10.

And 70 HP? Thats broken..
And there are a lot more errors... but other than all that, thats a good card XD
