Serebii? I think not. That sprite looks much too much like Signomi's Blue sprite. It seems to me that you just edited the hair.

No,it came from signomi and we all know,including you. Even if you did get it off Serebii it's still sprite theft. The last thing we need is someone like you who can't make decent work go around stealing and/or editting others work.

I know i didnt make it myself. But i always thought Sprite Theft was when you take credit for a sprite not when you edit it.

Who originally makes the original pokemon sprites? Not us. So we are oficcaly stealing those sprites too than. Does everyone alwasy ask the creator if we can use the sprites? every time we make somthing. I have a point.

The tail flame and the head flame don't quite look the same...maybe if the tail flame was outlined in red like the head flame is...

The stripes...eh, I won't get too nitpicky about those right now. Those look fairly decent for scratch. ^^

It's quite a decent sprite overall, although bagon does look weird with a tail...
