you should put more effort into outlining, all black outlines arent good at all. Also you need better shading, work on defining a light source as I see one of your darkest shades is facing where one of the lightest should be. Light always comes from the Northwest. Also I dont know if this is just me but the spike thingys all look the same, but flipped and rotated, it looks unatural, its like having the same fingernails on every finger if you get what I'm saying. Make them different. You want to add more detail to the body rather than making it all green to make it more intresting as well. Also try making your shapes smoother, which also comes with good outlining though.
As of now I'm not going to rate your fakemon until you fix it up.
