Hey, that's cute.

The only thing that gets me are the colors used for the outline around the legs and for the chin. The gray on the back leg doesn't have too much of a value difference from the darker blue of the tail, and at first glance it looked like there wasn't any outline at all on the chin (assuming that blue there is an outline?). I would suggest darker outline colors in those two places, but that's just me...
 
Yeah, you're right. However, it WAS the official palette of an ice tye pokemon and I was lazy to change the outlines. ._.;;

wow, i really love that meganium/cloyster fusion, it looks totally awesome =)
 
I just made a revamp of a Ho-Oh sprite from Silver Version:

The shading might suck on the top of the wings... anyways tell me what you think of it.

P.S I like the Meganium/CLoyster mix.
 
I like the dog Izzy. The tail and ears are a little akward looking but other than that, good work.

my fav. pokemon from your sig would be Nemea and then Corcyro except Corcyro's right wing needs alittle work, other than that, i think they're great :D
