I need a decent imaging program >_>; Right now I use the freeware PhotoFiltre which is actually really nice. But still. I nice program XD

Here Is Sprite I Made. It's Called Lilmon. It's Made Of Crystal Version Wooper And Pichu Revamp. I Did The Hands From Scratch And I Edited The Ears Little. Then I Colorled It Whit Pikachu's Clors And Did Put Pikachu's Eyes To It. Comments Please ^^
