hmm the baby skarmory could be a little bigger i hate it when people do small baby pokemon but overall good!

It's small because I'm going to make another pre evo of Skarmory, so the evolution chain will be:

Babyskarmorythingandwhat'sit -> Skarmor pre-evo -> Skarmory

i tried a raikou. C+C welcome

It's awesome ^_^ There are a few things I'd like to criticise though. First, the claws should be equally long and a bit sharper, I think (I know the claws can be quite a challenge, I have made pixel art of Raikou too and the claws are really a pain in the neck). I don't think you should use such a limited pallete either, because the moustache like thingy on its face and the tail should be blue. The colors also seem a little pale, but I assume you're using the advance generation pallete.

That thing is really amazing, though ^_^ 9/10
