I also want to know where I can get some Mariokart DS sprites like the ones on the touch screen. I cant find a stupid ds rom even on bittorrent and the only pics of mkds I can find are stupid jpeg.

The Dragonair's outline seems sloppy, the shading is far from perfect and the anatomy is horrible. Your Dragonair is way too fat and the pearl thingamajigs (on the tail and throat) and the eye seems too narrow, making the Dragonair look kinda evil. It doesn't look like you put much effort into this and either way there's a lot of room for improvement here.
If I was to rate this art work I'd give it a 3/10
