FireRed hack: PKMN Peak Kanto [Complete]

This has already undergone many iterations and is playable all the way through.
There are likely to be more updates in the future and I am very open to feedback!

Here's the gist:
- This is the PEAK way to experience Kanto :wink:
- Modernised Firered Hack (Gen 8 mechanics).
- Kanto-focused Pokedex (ALL Kanto-related Pokemon, including evos/prevos/regionals/paradox/mega/gmax).
- Mostly true to original story, with quite a few additional characters added.
- Increased difficulty, comparable to Radical Red's normal mode.
- Customised movesets, encounter tables, boss battles, etc.

- Haven for HMA.
- Skeli for CFRU engine.

Hi! I hace a lvl 29 magikarp who for some reason doesn't evolve. It is equipped with an XP. Share and I tried a water stone, but doesn't work either. Any idea of what could be happening?
 
I've loved this rom hack. I'm at the pokemon league and I'm not a high enough level. I realised I don't have the VS seeker and It's not in its original location and I'm wondering where it is in this rom?
 
I really enjoy this ROM, but I'm not sure I can continue with all the bugs that forced me to revert hours of progress. Either hard save often, or switch save states often to avoid soft locking yourself.
