You should be able to... Palkia is in the destiny to the right of Borora Town. To get there, jump off the ledges, head up the steps on top and go left. U shld c a cave.

As I said, you have to finish the Shadow Lugia Final Event in Vermillion. :\

Hmm... If I'm not mistaken, beta 4 has some glitches...
1st, Palkia has no dialogue... 2nd, Arceus' cave is blocked by an invisible Kecleon...

Tr to play the Final Version... You can continue your Beta 4 save file, but save inside of houses. ^^

The Manaphy Egg, if you must know, is East from Tabuli where the land and sea meets up.

Suicune is in North Cave, and I don't know what time the water goes down.
But I guess you should check it out in serebii about Shoal Cave in a normal Ruby and Sapphire hack...

awrite this bugs me.. am i the only one that played beta 4 without these glitches?

'cause i had arceus,palkia,dialga perfectly without any invisible kecleon and stuff

ooh and i continued my save file outside rentlebud city's poke center xD

maybe you played the otehr versions of Beta 4...
there was beta 4.0, 4.3, 4.5 or so... :\

Oh well... It doesn't matter anyways. xD

p.s. i think someone who has caught all the legends should make a list of where each one is found :)

well there are a few locations of the legendaries if you look at the earlier posts.. everything cept regigigas/mewtwo

nah just used advance map to edit it so you can catch all the legends in the wild. I already got a level 30 angeallen like that. That is.....if you like "cheating".

meh.. cheating isn't my style.. 'sides you don't need latios for the angeallen event... i just got my latios. but my angeallen is lvl 100 and EVed for atk and spatk
