PKMN Sky Problem

Hi it's me again!

Some of you probably know about my site PKMN sky well today I found this on the tag board!

Host XG: This name PokeSky is a Pokemon Origianl Name and you stole it and you will be reported because this name is copyrighted to Silver Edgar

Anyone know anything about this becuase I dont wanna get in trouble I'm only 12 So if you know anything or have any comments on it post it here thanks! :D

Apparently, some time ago there was a site with the name "Pokemon Sky" and if you want to use that name, you had best ask them. =/

If you can't get it worked out then you may have to change your site's name.

If the site has been deleted and is know longer on the web, then you can use the name, as it doesn't exist! BTW; Great site, whos your host!? Oh and go to www.dot.tk will make a domain name .TK easyer than cjb.net

THATS BS. I used Victory Road w/out asking the old owner for permission! Its not theirs anymore. Its a pokemon site, you dont need permission. and i highly doubt he has it copyrighted.

Yeah, and Silver Edgar was a jerk! I'd keep using it just to spite him.
Anyway, your site is PKMN Sky, his was Pok?mon Sky and Pok? Sky, and that's another difference if it really is copyrighted.

yeah saul dont worry as long as there at least spelled different then thats ok. But if you used his content or something then i could see a problem but this is a mere attempt to sabotage your site maybe he is trying to make it so knowone uses that name at all

i mean seriously unless he has no life and copyrighted any combination to spell pokemon sky then you have nothing to worry about now go work on the site and make me my episode guides hehe :D
