"No, it's quite alright. I can always fix it later," said Yui.
Penny sighed a little in relief. 'Finally, someone who doesn't make me try and repay them when I break their things. I only be accident... most of the time.'
Yui glanced at the ceiling, causing Penelope's eyes to dart there as well. As if on cue – which it probably was – the door retracted, opening up the view of the sky. Any signs of the storm were gone, other than the light breeze which was now wafting through the building – or the front room in any case. It was rather relaxing. This whole scene felt nothing like it had done a few minutes ago. The dark storm clouds had mostly faded, even if the sky was still a little grey. The smell of rotting flesh had vanished, although Penny had noticed that as soon as they had teleported here. If Penny hadn't known any better, she would have quite openly stated what a nice day it was today. But at that, the hallucination faded. Penny couldn't afford to be drowned in thoughts of home and her own self pity. Now was a time for action. Rook positioned himself under the opened roof, and knelt down slightly allowing Penny and Yui to clamber up.
"Don't worry, since I have flying Pokemon I have a retractable roof for easy access to the sky." She smiled at Penny for a second. "Shall we get going?"
Penelope nodded. "'Course." Taking a short run up, Penny near enough leapt onto Rook's back, although it was fairly easy as he was leaning to the side making clambering up much easer. "All aboard!"
Waiting for Yui to climb up too, Rook let out a deafening roar, and then flapped his wings a little. Rook was obviously just getting a feel for his new form. Most others would find that a little unnerving, but Penny had always thought that it made the whole trip an awful lot more exciting. Within seconds, Rook had shot upwards through the roof. It was more of a jump really, as he landed on the roof for a brief second before taking full flight. This was a much different experience than from riding Rook as a Fearow. Then he had seemed an awful lot more flimsy, as if a gently breath of wind could snap his wings into pieces. But now – as a Salamence – it looked as if Rook could crash into a building and remain unharmed. The building would probably topple over, but that was a different story. Penny glanced around for a few moments, wondering which direction to go.
"So, any preferred direction?" Penny yelled to both Yui and Rook.
Rook shook his head, showing that he didn't really mind. "Salamence!"
