Intro: I like quick pokes, so the general idea is to use a quick and aggressive team. I've tried to also keep a decent amount of bulk in the team, but the major component is that after the switch in, my pokes will normally be getting the drop on their targets.
The Team:
Gliscor @ Leftovers
Impish
Sand Veil
252 HP / 40 Def / 216 Spe
-Stealth Rock
-Roost
-Earthquake
-Stone Edge
-
Gliscor has always been one of my favourites, and IMO makes a solid Lead. I really don't like the idea of suicide leads, so I figure I'd give a defensive Gliscor a go. I'm really not that bothered with my opponents getting stealth rock up, most of my pokes are neutral anyways.

Azelf @ Expert Belt
Timid
Levitate
42 HP / 252 SpA / 216 Spe
- Nasty Plot
-Flamethrower
-Psychic
-HP (Fighting)
-
I'm not THAT sold on Azelf. My main reason for including him was to add another ground immunity to balance the team a bit more, but at the same time, to add a bit of early sweep to the mix. I'm a little concerned that he'll just end up as pursuit bait, though most pursuit users he should be able to do significant damage to before being taken down.

Zapdos @ Leftovers
Calm
Bold
Pressure
248 HP / 228 SpA / 32 Spe
-Thunderbolt
-HP (Ice) / U-Turn / Thunder Wave
-Heat Wave
-Roost
Zappy is for a bit of Scizor resist, as well as some general physical bulkiness. I'm not totally sure on what would be the best moveset here, but I'm looking towards a bit of counter and wall.
Kingdra @ Leftovers
Adamant
Swift Swim
180 HP / 252 Atk / 76 Spe
-Waterfall
-Outrage
-Rain Dance
-Dragon Dance
-
Not much to explain here. Can easily switch in on one of his resists to start doing some nasty damage. I went double dance so I can get rid of sandstorm when it's being a bother, Kingdra doesn't need too much move diversity anyways.
Jolteon @ Choice Specs
Naive
Volt Absorb
24 HP / 252 SAtk / 232 Spe
-Thunderbolt
-Shadowball
-HP Grass
-Baton Pass
-
Revenge Killer, Not sure if this might be better as a Scarf user, but I figured it probably wouldn't have the damage output to OHKO a lot of the threats anyways.
Scizor @ Choice Band
Adamant
Technician
248 HP / 252 Atk / 8 Spe
-Superpower
-U Turn
-Bullet Punch
-Pursuit
-
Scizor is a powerhouse, I think he deserves a spot on basically every team. He's definitely not quick like the rest, but bullet punch easily makes up for it.
I don't really want to say too much about my thoughts on the team as a group of individuals, so I don't give too much bias towards what my own personal views are, but I just wanted to say there were a few popular pokes that I see being quite a big problem. First thing that I worry that dragons that get the drop on kingdra are most likely going to just sweep this team because as I said before, Tentacruel isn't really a counter...
No PHazers or REALLY bulky pokes also makes DDancers quite nasty and capable of sweeping the entire team. I'm concerned it might be a bit TOO much on the physically fragile side still.
