March 22 is the US release date. As for Europe it should come out during summer 2009.

France says it's coming out 22nd May and the whole of Europe gets the same release date so we should too. It's not confirmed though.

There's no officially announced release date so far, so whatever you hear is not true, period.

"Summer 2009" is also a vague statement, as it can mean "beginning of June" to "end of September," so that's not a very accurate date either. :/
