Looks decent to me. If you run into trouble with stallers, you can replace Crobat's Confuse Ray with Taunt. Heat Rock would be a good held item for a Drought Ninetales, and you might give that Crobat a Razor Fang. Crobat's somewhat brittle, so Leftovers doesn't seem like a great idea to me.

While Crobat isn't that bulky, its good defensive typing makes up for it. Roost is also mandatory because Crobat is meant to come in and out to continually stall break without being worn down:
    -Brave Bird/U-turn
    -Taunt
    -Super Fang
    -Roost
    Nature: Jolly
    EVs: 232 HP/56 Def/76 SDef/144 Spe
    Item: Black Sludge

Hm, I've never thought to use Crobat like that. Of course, there isn't just *one* way to use a given Pokemon. On the team I'm experimenting with, Crobat helps me against Fairies, so she looks like this:

Stats: Jolly nature; 252 Spe, 252 Atk
Item: Razor Claw or Poison Barb or Razor Fang
    Moves: Cross Poison - U Turn - Taunt - Haze/Confuse Ray

I'm might try swapping Haze for Roost and adding in Black Sludge, but then again this Crobat isn't built for bulk.

Not exactly viable. If Crobat is to stall-break, the above set is the best bet, as it deals with stall much more easily. Super Fang breaks down walls by halving their current HP. Confuse Ray is an unreliable status and Croabt's Attack isn't exactly the best to warrant a max Attack spread.

That's true if you want Crobat to be the best stall-breaker a Crobat can possibly be. However, the build I've presented is meant to make my Crobat the best fit for my team that she can be, and I need a strong Poison-type move. In addition, simply having Taunt on a Pokemon that fast can be extremely useful. I would argue that my build is more viable in this instance, because it takes into account the team that the Crobat is part of.

Now, the exact details of my Crobat may not have a whole lot to do with helping the OP make his team better, but the general principle here does. We may have to agree to disagree, but I don't believe there to be a single best build for a Pokemon, only builds that are more appropriate or less appropriate for a given situation.

It may be the case that the OP's team is best served by a bulky stall-breaker Crobat. But he could go a long way towards making the team more well-rounded by simply swapping Confuse Ray for Taunt.
