    could i get someone with platinum to help me out with getting my metagross to learn ice punch? PM me if you can
     
    Have your Metagross in your party and head to Route 212, west of Pastoria. Make sure you have two Red Shards and six Blue Shards in your Bag, too. Then, find the move tutor and talk to him. Ice Punch in Katakana is れいとうパンチ (Reito Panchi - Freezing Punch), so look for that. Then you should be able to work it out from there.
     
    The problem with that is that to do that, you kinda actually have to have Platinum. :|
